I've used this facility for over 2 years and every single interaction I have had has been positive and helpful when nesasary. All employees, including the after hours help number have been knowledgeable, respectful professional and quick to respond to my needs. My storage unit is easy to access ( I chose the drive up with roll up door) my unit is always clear of debris or trash on the exterior and I have never experienced anything being able to get into my unit including water.

We were referred to this location because our parents use this facility. Ever since the initial phone call to inquire about availability, I have been a grateful and appreciative customer for the quality service and assistance given by Agi and Joan. They have been so friendly, so accommodating, and so flexible with our constantly changing needs. Agi has consistently made herself available and is continually looking out for the best options for us and Joan has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the area and look forward to being customer with Ashland Simply Storage.

Very clean and the manager is knowledgeable and friendly. The only slight downside was the tight corners on the lot made having a 26 foot moving truck almost impossible to get to my unit. A professional driver said anything bigger and it wouldn't have worked.

I was so fortunate to choose Ashland Simply storage. They loaned me their move in truck which saved my $$. The facility is well maintained and the staff are excellent and friendly.

Decent, clean facility, very friendly and helpful staff. Some tight corners to navigate if you're driving a larger vehicle (26ft straight truck etc) with a trailer. Kinda pricey. I didn't like the fact that since I came in mid month, I had to pay a prorate for that month plus the next month in full. Also, not fond of not having 24 hour access, even though there's a coded gate. I should state that you get 24 hr access for the first week, then only for a day at a time if you ask for it in advance. Kinda frustrating, why not just always 24?
