Daniel treated me and my friend (who was visitng out of country) with exceptional service and patience. He went out of his way to help us find boots that worked with our foot size, showed us how to use the boot hooks and the heel catcher, and was overall pleasant to work with. Daniel is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about these boots, and it really showed. I was honestly coming here for a one time shopping experience, I will now come back here more often based on his service alone.

Took my niece there on a Saturday so she could use her graduation money and we couldn’t find anyone to assist us. Employees were more interested in helping the “older” customers. When we could find a sales person and we got their attention they would run away. Lost a sale and will not be purchasing from this retailer again.

I loved this place. I had no idea that it had so much country stuff since never have been there before. I feel like most of the clothing is geared toward younger people. So it sucks to be older and not as relevant anymore. I went in Looking for some great cowboy boots. I guess as a complaint - there was no help in the boot section. As a new boot wearer I have a lot of questions about brands and how they wear and no one was around to ask for help. I could have spent a lot of money- but ended up leaving. I’ll go back, but no what to expect now.

We took our granddaughter here for boots for her birthday and they had an awesome selection for her.The sales people were all very friendly and helpful helping her to find just the right pair for her.I just suggested this store to someone who has a son looking for a pair.

Customer service is awful/non-existant. Stopped in here after work this afternoon planning on buying a pair of boots. Couldn't find anyone to help me. Walked around til I found what I was looking for then spent 20 minutes walking around trying to find someone to check out and couldn't find a single person in the store. Finally found someone as I was leaving and they just acted like they didn't see me and walked off when I tried to get their attention.

Awesome staff. Educated me on how my boots should fit. Also learn a great rule of thumb for a hat which I also purchased. The cashier was so sweet as she was checking me out. Loved my experience from beginning to end.

I don’t like leaving reviews but when employees don’t care about any customers in the store I think the employer should know and hopefully reads their reviews! I found an awesome style of boot I wanted and only the right was out on display, went all around the store to find any employees to help me and only found a bunch of people doing the same! Not even one person behind the register and there were people waiting in line at the register…no one!! Finally found all 3 girls just hanging out talking in the corner of the store, laughing have a good old time ignoring everyone around them. I interrupted them to let them know they have people waiting to check out and others waiting for help in the boot section…they looked around like they were looking for someone then one of the girls rolled her eyes and pouted like a child & went to the register…the other two carried on their conversation and didn’t care to help anyone! They didn’t even look to see if they could help the other girl! I went and put the $200+ boot back and left. I will not be going back there.
