The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff.
Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.

I was super excited to get a cowboy hat for my birthday. I needed to get it shaped so I drove 3 hours just for them to say “Our machine is broken”. The employees didn’t really seem nice and they didn’t even offer me a coupon or something for my long drive here. Super disappointed since I love coming to boot barn whenever I get the chance and will not be coming back here.

I'm in the market for a new hat and I couldn't find anything close to what I wanted from their selection . I could've asked an employee, but there were non around apparently. I stood infront of the hat shaping desk 20 minutes and not a single person came by.

Came to find a specific pair of boots early this morning. Melissa greeted me at the door & knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. Outstanding customer service from Melissa. Super friendly and welcoming. Will return again and again.

Like a lot of other people watching the Yellowstone universe of TV shows we find ourselves looking at Western clothing more often. This is a very good store The people that work there are very friendly. The aisles can get a little tight if you're pushing a baby stroller. But it's definitely a well stocked store and you can also order from sheplers online and have it delivered to this Boot Barn.

I will never come back to this location and I will be steering as many of my military comrades as possible away from this location as well. 2 male staff members made negative remarks about me and my coworkers being in uniform while we were in line to pay. Before I could say anything to them they walked away to the female clothing area.Don’t pick a customer service job if you can’t be courteous to your customers. I don’t expect everyone to be pro military but maybe save your remarks for when we’re out of the store.
