Burn Boot Camp in Atlee is a gym featuring a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training in 45-minute workouts, so the camps are different every day and never boring. The protocol and workouts are different day to day, which keeps things fresh and exciting. The trainers are phenomenal, amazing, and great, focused on getting to know members, understanding their health goals, and providing motivation and feedback. They are very present and work to encourage everyone. The best part is the genuine, good community. Members and trainers are sweet and welcoming, cheering each other on with high fives and encouragement. The gym is always clean and organized. The energy is like nothing experienced before, creating an atmosphere where everyone cares to know your name. It is highly recommended for all fitness levels and ages, providing challenging and fun workouts that are part of a positive lifestyle.
I’ve gone to this gym since they opened a little over a couple of year ago. Great workouts, great trainers, great members. The new owners have really put in a lot of work and it shows. They’re very present (and one’s is a kick-butt trainer ?). Everyone there cares to know your name and welcome you.

I've been attending this gym since November, and I can't say enough good things about it! It's always clean and organized, the classes are always fresh, but the best part is the community - it feels genuine and GOOD and I'm so grateful to have found them!

Joining Burn Bootcamp Atlee was the best decision I have ever made! The coaches are amazing and the camps (workouts) are challenging and fun!
