Not a very good experience so far. I booked it for my daughter. Couldn't get into the room for 2 days because of their error and their 5' x 10" storage rooms are actually 45" wide, not even 4 ft and when I inquired about it they said that when I signed the agreement it said approximate size. 4' x 10' is approximate, not 5'. Looking elsewhere after this month because they don't seem to be willing to do anything to accompany the small room. Plus they require you to have insurance or you have to pay them $11.00 more a month. Kind of a scam.

Don’t look any farther than Extra Space Storage with Joe for any storage needs.

Beware of bait and switch pricing. The contract states that they can change the pricing and terms with 30 days notice. Fair enough, but I was not expecting my rate to DOUBLE after just 3 months in the unit. Save yourself the hassle of having to turn around and move out – there are climate controlled facilities with much better security for equivalent pricing.

I will not be using this storage company anymore. The prices are outrageous. They claim the rates in the area are increasing so their prices are justified. However, I looked and realized so many other companies are offering the same unit size with climate control and a fraction of what extra storage thinks they are going to get from me. Not close to being worth the price.

Gentlemen at the facility was rude. He was sweeping where I was loading my unit and asked him if he could wait until I was through loading my 7 boxes and he seemed to be offended. I told him I was allergic to dirt and dust and it would stop me from breathing and he still seemed to be offended.

Great experience! And very reasonably priced! I needed a storage unit last minute, and they were so accommodating getting me a unit within 15 minutes! The lock was waiting for me in my unit too! Great space. Plenty of room for large trucks or uhauls to access the units. If you’re looking for a space to host your things, look no further. This is the spot.

I am pleased with my experience so far. The staff is very on top of things. They have stayed in constant communication with me. They also answered all of my questions, and promptly returned calls. There was an issue onsite and one Iwas immediately contacted, which I appreciate.
