They’ll say the tried to deliver but won’t make an attempt to drop off your package

They were constantly delaying my package even after saying it was on a truck to my house. They also would not let me pick it up at a location saying it was too late and it still didn’t come the next day.

the employees at this shipping facility keeps stealing my airpods. this is my second time ordering apple airpods at target and they use fedex as a shipping partner and my package keeps getting stuck at this facility… when i call customer service they want to blame the weather, no it’s not the weather. it’s their employees sticky fingers. management needs to keep an eye out

Never delivered my package. Was checking tracking constantly, woke up to email saying they delivered it 5 days ago with a signature. Cant make a complaint unless you are a sender. Cant access proof of delivery [photos, signature?] without 9 digit number. Once its “delivered” case close. Rob you of hundreds of dollars and leave you with no recourse. Customer service forget about that. Welcome to your new life of transferred call for 3 days. After police reports and notifying your bank still nothing. Maybe in a month they will give you a refund if they decide. Welcome to your new job as an unpaid package administrator. Also kudos to whoever designed this system lawyering away any sort of accountability on these crooked shysters

I ordered something from a company and my package has been bouncing back and forth between Ashland FedEx and another FedEx in Martinsburg, WV for almost a week. It has traveled back and forth 3 TIMES. Every time it arrives at the Ashland location, the package tracker updates to "out for delivery" and is not delivered. Then, the next day, the tracker will update again saying that it's back in Martinsburg. I don't understand how it's so complicated to send a package to the address that's marked on the package. Much like Jacqueline, I'm unable to pick it up myself because my package is a "smartpost..." I'm at my wits' end.Edit: The package finally arrived on Friday September 3, covered in a zillion stickers. (That's four days after it first arrived in Ashland on August 31.)

If you live in the Richmond/ashland area and there's a chance your package will be sent to this facility, literally just cancel your order because you won't receive it in a timely manner anyway. My package has been sitting at this facility for 3 days doing nothing while 4 days past scheduled delivery date and no one can update me why this is taking so long. Most definitely it is just lost and they're now trying to pass it off on USPS. Would love to just go and pick the package up because it's literally 15 minute drive and will take me an hour versus the 3749274 hours Fedex is going to take to deliver it (if they even do) but because the package is a "smartpost" (which isn't very smart at all and is pretty awful and must mean deliver this package as slow as humanly possible) I'm not able to pick it up. Very disappointed and confused how this is acceptable

This Fed Ex location did not deliver an 80lb dumbbell but yet reported it as delivered...how do you lose track of a heavy object like that?
