I used their freight re-work services to fix a shifted load and get me back on the road to deliver. The freight was horribly shifted and in large 2000 lbs bags. Some were off the pallets and some had tears. It was not an easy job and offered many obstacles to get completed. These guys worked their butts off today. Matt was in charge of the job and made sure all the pallets were re stacked and wrapped back up with quality and care. I recommend theses guys for any towing/ recovery needs. They'll do a good job the 1st time.

Fred's towing is the greatest, My engine broke down in Richmond Virginia area they came and picked me up from the shop and brought me all the way to Philadelphia!!! No haggle, great price, very friendly. Will definitely be using them again if I'm ever in trouble again in the Virginia area.

They got to the destination fast, very polite and when he got here and the job was done as fast as he got here The lady on the phone was polite as well!

I have had 2 interactions with this company. The first, My truck lost all of it's air pressure and the brakes locked up. I called them and they didn't have a truck available for the area I was in, but they recommended another reputable towing company that could help me out. That towing company was as good as or better than the Fred's representative said they would be. This showed that Fred's Towing has integrity, and genuinely cares about their customers. Second interaction was was today. As the result of the first breakdown I needed to replace an valve underneath my truck, Fred's I called them at 8 pm at night to request help replacing tis valve after trying for several hours myself unsuccessfully. After a few short questions the representative recommended that I call them back in the morning after 8 AM if it wasn't emergent/urgent AKA I was in my home yard not the roadside. and they explained that this would also be cheaper to avoid the 2 hr minimum labor on what appeared to be a quick job for their tech. I called back and a tech showed up less than an hour later. He went to work and after just a few minutes he had the valve replaced and tested out perfectly. The total charge was more than $100 less that it would have been at 8PM. It was worth every penny, and could not be more pleased with the service, honestly, and promptness of this organization. Will use them time and time again, and will recommend them every chance I get. Good people.

Called several times to have a building moved. They dont call back Very POOR customer service. Did not mean to give one star. I give 0 stars. If you need building moved call Halifax Fencing in Halifax, Va. They are very professional and moved building in just a few days. I give them 10 stars

Had to quickly get a car from Henderson to Raleigh. Fred's was able to get it done quickly and safely at a fair price.
