I have to say, Global Pack and Ship is hands down the finest packing and shipping establishment I've ever visited. The atmosphere when you step inside is truly indescribable. It's warm, welcoming, and exudes a sense of energy that's hard to put into words. Ms. Joyce, who greets you with a smile, is an absolute sweetheart, and the gentleman in the back is just as charming.
What sets them apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to ensure that every need is met, making you feel valued and cared for throughout the process. I was given an estimated time for my shipment's arrival, and to my surprise, it arrived even sooner than expected!

Unfortunately if you have a FedEx package, it has to have a label. So no help for me, I was only provided a bar code for this particular return.

Went to ship packages, says they open at 9. Got there at 9 but waited a few minutes and when I tried the door it was locked. Looked in the window, no one there.

My wife loves this establishment. I greatful for how local it is. I don't have to drive 20 mins out the way anymore for any of my postal and shipping needs. And they can gift wrap packages for you. Also the customer service is exceptional. Thank you Shante for all your help.
