  My Name is Ms. Brown. 3 years ago I had a very bad experience with Goodwill in Fredericksburg, which is where I reside. I made a promise that I would never ever donate, and would ne er shop at another Goodwill again. Here i am 3 years later, my friend and I were in Ashland Va and she saw the Goodwill located at 10485 Dow Gill & Rte 1. Knowing that I don't shop at Goodwill, she insisted that I come in with her. Well, I did, and I must say upon entering the gentleman by the name of Michael, greeted us with a warm and professional smile. As i began to scan the store I was, I was really really impressed of how neat , clean, and organized the store is. The employees were very friendly and when I asked questions they were very informative. So I left with a happy and content feeling. So I returned on Minday and again the employees were friendly and I got a chance to meet Ron who was also very helpful showing me how to use the QR code. So, i have the privilege and the honor to shop at Goodwill. Hopefully the other stores that i plan on visiting give me this same experience. Thank you Michael, Ron, and all the you g ladies that assisted me. You all have a safe and Blessed day. 🥰🥰💜💜💜

  I recently visited Goodwill in Ashland, and I was absolutely blown away by the incredible deals! Walking through the store felt like a treasure hunt, with every aisle offering something unique and amazing. The prices are unbelievably cheap—it’s like you can’t believe your eyes! I found items that were practically begging to be taken home, all at prices so low, it’s hard not to smile.
  
  Every corner of the store is filled with hidden gems, and just when you think you’ve found the best deal, another amazing find catches your eye. It’s truly awesome to see such quality merchandise at such affordable prices. It’s like, “Wow, can it really be that cheap?” And then you stumble upon something that was once a part of your life, and you can’t help but chuckle at how much you saved.
  
  The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff is always helpful, making your shopping experience even better. Whether you’re on the hunt for clothes, home décor, or just something quirky, Goodwill in Ashland is the place to be. If you’re looking for a fantastic bargain and a fun shopping experience, you’ve got to check it out! I can’t recommend it enough—it’s incredible!

  You must visit this GW! I’ve meant to write a review for ages. I thrift shop quite a bit and the Ashland Goodwill is hands-down the best shopping experience! The store is very clean and organized. The staff is so friendly and helpful- Michael, the manager, is fabulous too! Best service, best environment, best Goodwill!

  THE best Goodwill in the area. The cleanest, and the friendliest. The managers are always extremely kind and accommodating! Prices are amazing and thier clothes are peak. I guess everyone donates the good stuff here 😉

  Stopped in here after work since it’s closer than by my house. The women’s selection was small, with almost no plus size clothes to speak of. I also saw way more individually priced clothes than I’m used to. I don’t come to Goodwill because I can afford a 50 dollar jacket that isn’t even washed.

  The clothing is color coordinated by design, it's fresh smelling and very friendly staff. Good finds!

  Good selection of clothes. But I’ve been to this goodwill 2 weeks in a row. They literally only had 2 piece of clothes on the sale tag colors last week and zero items this week. I think they’re purposely not putting the sale tags on or they’re switching out the colors so nothing is on sale for the week. I’ve been to two other goodwills and they had a ton of items with the color sale tags. I used to come to this goodwill a lot, will not come again
