Home Depot has zero customer service. They have been absolutely terrible to deal with regarding appliances. Their employees are not properly trained and provide false information that ended up costing me a lot of money due to their mistake. I will never shop at Home Depot ever again.

I do not what is happening with Home Depot. If we go to the store is a mess to get items and a most of time after spent a lot of time looking for the item they are out of stock, means they are not working in the inventory. On the other hand to get an employee to help you is another big headache, and spend of time. Therefore, Home Depot is very far from the use to be.

Just want to shout out Antoine and Parker for helping me with a ridiculous number of cuts today. They were very helpful. I do wish the gentleman at the front door had been wearing a mask, along with many team members who were either not wearing one or wearing one incorrectly. I worry they are putting themselves at risk, along with the guests.

Home depot, trying to figure out why your online pricing is different from your store pricing and your managers are rude when you question them and show them what is advertised... shady way to do buisness... maybe

Ordered 3 ceiling fans online from this store and when I arrived to pick them up the clerks working seemed bothered to have to help me figure out where they were. Come to find out they could only find 1 fan, however they said there were 3 in the store and if I wanted to wait they would keep looking. I offered to help and we walked all over the entire store looking up in the top of the racks for these fans. It is beyond me why fans are scattered around the store for storage. Needless to say, I left with 1 fan and then after getting credit for the other 2 we traveled to another location and had a much better experience. Submitting that review under that location.

I have typically not a fan of Home Depot, but I have always rented tools and equipment from them. However, I do not intend to visit Home Depot for Any purpose in the future. I went in to rent a compactor for 2 or 3 days. The associate advised that it might be better to rent for up to a week because they were running an offer where if you rent for 3 days it was the same cost as renting for a week. OK, I said. So then if I have it for 4 days it's still the cost of 3? Yes, she said. So, instead of returning it Saturday night when we were finished with it, we returned it today(Monday) when I got home from work. However, I was charged for 4.5 days, which is the same price as a week. And half the cost of buying a brand new one. I spoke to the manager, but she claimed since the contract was closed there was nothing she could do. I know that's simply not a true statement. Since I was miss lead, whether intentional or not be renting tools or equipment from Home Depot again.

We come to Home Depot all the time for our home repair/gardening needs. The staff is usually very attentive, especially the crew that works in the paint department at the Ashland store. I enjoy browsing through the gardening section and can sometimes find some great deals in the clearance areas!

Do NOT order appliances from here. They do not have anything in stock so if they damage something on the way to delivery you cannot get an easy replacement. I am now without a refrigerator because I ordered one from them and it came with what looked like a bullet hole in it. The customer service is pathetic at best and the salespeople are rude as crap. Never had any issues with Lowe's and I went against my better judgement and bought from HD instead. Never again.

I just finished attempting to return some items I have bought during a few different trips to the Home Depot. Since Sept I have rented 3 pieces of equipment and purchased hundreds of dollars worth of product. So far the service has been ok but today was different. I had a receipt for some of the items I was returning and some I didn't so I requested a store credit so that I could continue to spend my money in the store. Since there was no way to determine when I bought some items I was able to return them but the ones I actually had a receipt for were not able to be returned since the purchase date was 9/16 and the return policy ends in 90 days from purchase. Since I have no further use for orbital sanding pads I had to throw them away in the trash next to the return register. In reality I could have bought the items with no receipt long before the ones that I have a receipt for but their flawed company policy just states those items with a receipt can not be older then 90 days. Sad to say but after I spend the store credit money I will no longer shop at this or any other Home Depot.

Are you kidding? I come into this location to look at a few roller type tool boxes. The shelves for all the ones at which I wanted to look at is empty. Guess I'll just take my business to the big blue store. Contacted manager just a little you know of my frustration. Was told well I could've come ask for him (TJ) to get the problem resolved. I should not have to chase down the manager to get something that should be readily available on the shelves.

No AC, and a heat index of 104 yesterday, the earliest anyone can come to replace it is next Wednesday. My son went to Home Depot to see about buying something to help cool it down a bit. They let us borrow one for the week! Wow!!! Excellent customer service!!!! Thanks Home Depot in Ashland, Va. This is why I switched to you a few years ago. You get it.

Epidemic it appears. Came by to have some slats cut and lazy employees claim the saw cutting crooked. In their defense, two other stores nearby a Lowe's and a Pleasant's both also claimed their saw was broken. Won't be back to any of those stores ever again.
