I walked in never got a bet set before and Larry smith recommended doing small payments to build my credit and showed me many bed sets that I could afford he made it a parity to help me out which is great customer service 10/10 I’ll be going back he has done a great job he deserve a raise

they already charge double what the items are worth and after the due date they charge a extra 3-4 hundred so in other words your better off savings money up and purchasing whatever u want str8out,then they wanted me to pay $300 when I only owed $214??♂️...3 maybe 4 furniture stores have been around the ashland area and none of them lasted and buddys next?

This place is just like the rest that came to ashland va and they won't last long...yeah they come in handy during hard times but they take advantage of it also??♂️, they double they price and when u dont finish paying b4 the end date they jack the price up 3-4 hundred dollars??♂️ i wont be returning after im done payin thats for sure??♂️....

Very disappointed that this company chargeds credit cards without permission! They charged my daughters bank account credited it back and then charged it again. She did NOT give them per to charge her card. She gave them permission months ago to use her card by phone ONCE, and now they are charging without her knowing!! With this covid, and having to miss work, the double charge was taken right away and of course the credit is pending, so because of them, her account is in the negative. Isn't this illegal to do without the card holders permission?
