I was very disappointed with my experience at Kamper Kare after I thought I had found a business that could help me with all my RV needs. My water pump was out and I took my RV to them on a Tuesday and was told they would look at it if not that week, then the next week. Three weeks later the RV still sat in the parking lot. I called a couple of times and was told they were still working on getting me in. I went and picked up my RV and then took it to McGeorge RV where I had fortunately kept my appointment I had booked 4 weeks earlier. Not the experience I had hoped for based on the description of their services.In response to the owners response, I dropped my RV on June 29th and picked it up on July 20th. And I picked up because it had not been looked at by Kamper Kare.

Customer service these days is quite lacking considering people not working since Covid. Still going strong here and the service is at the top. Glad some people still care.

I am really disappointed with Kamper Kare. I was hopeful I had found the place that could help me with my RV. Instead of saying they did not have time to check it out they had me bring it by and said they would look at it in a week or so. Three weeks later it sat on the storage lot untouched. When I asked about it, they said they never said when they could look at it.

Had my slide out repaired on my Forest river qble . Looked better than new when we got it back. Great service and great staff. Also a great place to rent a space to store your rv.

WOW! At a time when customer service is lacking, the staff at this place is unbelievably wonderful. They will bend over backwards to ensure you leave happy.
