This dealership is about in the middle. I have been to worse dealerships and some better. The service dept. could improve on friendless. If you make an appointment, it will take a while for them to get to your vehicle more often than not. Once they put the wrong mileage on the work order which was higher than what is on the vehicle. Why is this bad, well this info goes to CARFAX. So, when you sell the vehicle and it is the wrong mileage recorded it will look suspicious. One time on an oil changed they over filled but never happen since. I took my vehicle in to check out a noise and they wanted to charge a high price just to check it out with no guarantee. Took it to another dealership in TAPPAHANOCK and they checked it out and fixed it for free, don't ask why they didn't charge me, but I didn't question it. Some dealerships I don't trust at all, but I do trust this dealership. Just like anything else, there is room for improvement.

Routine maintenance done as expected. What I like best about Luck is the customer service they give as a tight knit group vs me getting passed around to answering machines at large dealerships.

ZERO STARS, I have to give em' 1 star or can't post review. Purchased a 2018 Chevy High Country diesel 4x4 crew cab standard bed single rear wheel pickup in January of 2019, took it to Luck Chevrolet in Ashland Virginia 3 times, every.time I got it back it had scratches and grease all over it. The 3rd time it went in, the engine block heater was replaced for a recall, got it back with scratches on the hood, scratches on the driver side front fender, both doors and the rear quarter panel, also, grease smeared on the light grey headliner around the grab handle on the drivers side and grease on the leather seats, steering wheel and the inside door panels! This is an extremely nice and very expensive pickup and they treated it like it was junk, I mentioned it to them and was told it was like that when it came in, even though i had video i took in their dealership when I dropped it off! I was able to clean it and remove all scratches but I shouldn't have had to! No respect for customers vehicles, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I now take my pickup to PATRICK GMC/BUICK 1/2 mile north of LUCK CHEVERLOT! THEY DO AMAZING WORK AND ARE VERY CONSCIOUS ABOUT TAKING CARE OF YOUR VEHICLE!

I own a very expensive 2018 Chevy high country 3500 diesel 4x4 pickup, it ha been to this dealership 3 separate times for warranty work and all 3 times I’ve gotten it back with: 1st and 2nd times, scratches on hood and drivers door and paint damage on lower left front fender from something banging into it and 3rd time just this last Monday 3-30-2020, grease handprint on drivers side headliner and scratches on drivers side of hood and grease on leather drivers seat as well as

The first time we brought our car here, the advisor made us wait about 5 minutes before he even acknowledged us when we picked up our car...he was busy making small talk with another couple. We thought we'd give them another chance today. Dropped our car off at 8:45am (yes, we had an appointment) and they told us that they would be able to diagnose the issue by 2pm. We get there at 3pm and they haven't even looked at the car. Nor did they bother to call to say they were on a delay. No point in allowing customers to make appointments if those appointments aren't honored. The poor customer service here is disappointing. We will give our business to another company.
