I have taken my cars to Macs for more than 15 years. First they kept my Infiniti going strong for well over 3500,000 miles. Then Mac helped me get a Subaru and now he takes care of that. It’s currently running well with over 210,000 miles. The staff is very responsive and helpful, no matter my concern. I can’t tell you how much it means to know your mechanics are really helping you.

This review is about 3 months late… sorry guys. Simply put, Macs team of mechanics is the best! They worked on my Lexus IS250 years ago when I lived closer to Ashland. This time, they saved me $$$ on my 2008 Mercedes CL550, after being recommended to, but conned by World Foreign Auto Repair. If you have a “DON’T SHIFT GEARS’ warning light, or any other issue, do yourself and car a favor and call MAC’S before going to any dealer or shop. Honest, fair, and reliable….ALWAYS. I’m now closer to 45 minutes away, but the drive is worth it! See you soon for a wheel alignment.

I recently had my car serviced at Mac's as a first time customer. Unfortunately there were several missteps and problems with the service instructions and I was left very unsatisfied. Several days later I received a text from their Manager, Charles asking about my disappointing service experience. He listened carefully, agreed with me as to what the issues were, sincerely apologized, and offered to "make it right" if I was willing to give them another try. So I did and is the reason for this 5 star review. Charles fell over backwards to make certain I was given first rate service. When I came to pick up the car it was washed and clean, repair completed, and on-time ready. This an auto service business that truly cares about how they treat their customers and are sincere in delivering nothing less than the best service. They won me over. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing reliable, trustworthy, honest work or repairs. You won't be disappointed. Great local small business. Let's support them because they deserve it!

I had a 60,000 mile service done on my Transit Connect and Charles was kind and attentive from the scheduling all the way to a couple days after the service was completed. Not only did he communicate with me during the process of having my car worked on but after the fact as well. In my experience I have never had a car repair shop reach out to me to make sure I was happy with the service and repairs. I would definitely recommend Mac’s and for your car repair needs!

I’ve been taking my car to Mac Service Centre since I got it 3 years ago. The staff at Mac’s are very professional and helpful. I am usually assisted by Charles who is very passionate about his job. Charles displays integrity in his communication and will never try to “sell” me anything that I do not need. He will highlight what the car may need to run better and make suggestions, but will never force anything onto his customers. Thank you Charles for being great at what you do.

Since moving to Ashland in 2020, we have been using Mac’s Service Center. Charles, Mike, and the owner Mac are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The prices are very reasonable for the quality work performed. We also get random coupons through the mail which help and are much appreciated too! They also vacuum our car out at the end of being serviced. Such a classy touch! I personally, highly recommend them for your vehiche service needs our maintenance. They have taken great care of our vehicles! ?

When I moved to Ashland I checked with family and friends and they suggested Macs for my car services. It was truly the right choice. I always work with Charles and he is great. Car repairs always done when promised and car is cleaned after services.
