My husband went there last night with our 3500 truck to wash. He went up to the machine that says it will exchange $5 /$10/$20 to give him quarters. The machine took his $20 bill and gave him no quarters. We want our money back!
He also wrote you a note about the machine eating his money.
Please respond to this. We will be on our way back down to Florida as we're heading to Massachusetts in a few days, on how to get our money back.

If you need to get an oversized vehicle washed, this is the place to go. 3 employees scrubbing before the automatic wash.

We took our RV in to use the large vehicle wash, greeted with professionalism by employee that explained all the options.
Once the hand wash and rinse was completed, Steven the manager reviewed the coach to make sure everything was completed. He noticed a minor amount of soap still residing under our main awning and had us pull around so he could personal rinse it off.
Great staff and great manager Steven, will definitely use this establishment again.

Washed my truck and 19’ travel trailer in their huge car was tunnel. We had camped at the beach recently and I needed their undercarriage wash. Great place. Ever RV owner in Richmond should know this place.

Whoever the two men were working the rv wasn’t today were. They’re great! Took my truck and horse trailer through it and it all came out sparkling clean! I use the self serve all the time and enjoy the free vacuums as well! Overall so glad it’s so close!

MegaWash is a Harvest Host location. I stayed overnight. They have 30 amp electric, complimentary dump and water. They were very responsive to my needs. I got the full service wash for truck and travel trailer.

Went to wash my Tesla in Touchless bay, the wash is super quick with a little rainbow color soap, asked the manager to re-wash it again. The manager was not happy about it and suggest me to brush my car before I went to the Bay Again. I refuse to brush my car because the whole thing of touchless is not working then. Eventually, he let me wash my car just with water without soap. And the result was the same
