FILTHY AND BUGS. Floors were sticky with ? Bathtub certainly was not cleaned. Sheets/pillows smelled of body odor, stains, were they even washed? Washcloths may have been left that way haphazardly from previous guest. BUGS! Turn off the light & they come out from everywhere. Couldn't wait for it to start to get light so I could leave. Worst overnight experience of my life.

Ceiling had black mold on it and floor was greasy room 139. They charge entirely too much for one night and only one person. I saw online the rooms we’re supposed to be $40 and i was charged $74. I do not recommend staying here

motel6 in Ashland, Virginia is the extended motel that you would think would be clean place to stay for vacations. They are nasty and is very dirty. Their lobby is clean than their rooms and that’s bad. I’d rather sleep in the lobby then sleep in their room.

Very unfortunate but the room had water all over the floor faucet was broken toilet was broken there was leaks and roaches everywhere. And the smell of cigarette smoke was nauseating. Also the refrigerator was dirty and the microwave had tons of food into it. We got there late about 11:00 p.m. and was out the door by 6:00 a.m. shaking our clothes out and putting them in the back of my truck. Just be cautious if you go here

It hasn't even been a day, someone wet the bed before I came here, the blanket got cut into a thin piece, I can't sleep bro. Also add some channels to the TV bro I'm tryna watch JJK :(. please just make this place better bro.

Not bad at all for $59.99!! Showed up at 6am driving from Maine to Florida and desperately needed some sleep. They got me in room 143 and it was clean with a comfy king sized bed. I showed up at a weird time, they let me have a late checkout regarding my situation. Thank you guys, I made it home safe thanks to your kind accommodation.

Sam the front desk clerk there is a liar and speaks ill on people’s name, me and some friends of mine stayed a weekend here and were going to extend our stay but asked for more towels and we were told we had to speak to room service in the morning but everyone works during the day so we’re not able to speak with room service and by the time we got back room service was gone. So we decided to leave instead of extending the stay due to this issue. Went to rent a room tonight and sam stated he could not rent me a room due to issues from last visit I said okay well how do I get my money back he said call booking they will refund you because we didn’t charge you I said okay and went about my business calling booking to get my money back or moved to the next hotel. They rep from booking calls Sam and he proceededs to tell them he can not service me because I destroyed the room!!!! I am very clean person hence I had you show me three rooms before finding one that had no roaches or signs there was any before picking a room!!!! So when the lady from booking came back on the line with me and told me that they can not refund my money due to what sam had told them so I corrected the lady and she asked if I could go back over there and speak with Sam and her so I did he then wanted to try to still state that o destroyed the room, I had to remind him no the reason there is a issue is because my boyfriend and you had a issue over towels!!!! And lying on people is not good buisness even the booking lady was shocked and now investigating this motel!!!! Do not stay here!!!! Unless you have too!!!!! Sam likes to slander peoples names!!!!!
