Stacy, the customer service consultant made my day!! As a walk-in for a State Imspection her kindness was unmatched. Bought a used truck and within 1 month needed new wheel bearings, oil leaks and little things. After they said there mechanics went through it front to back. Do not buy a used vehicle from here. Only positive was the sales team.

Jack is a pretty terrible service manager. First he said I was lying and that the issue I was describing wasn’t happening and literally the second I got in the truck it did it again right in front of them. Then they called me a liar AGAIN and required video evidence for a second issue. When I provided the video they said I was lying again and they couldn’t see me hitting the button clearly so I had to provide another video. When I did they tried to give me a story about some 10 step process they need to follow and they will call me back (they never did). Then when I got home I realized they left a fuse box dangling under my brake pedal. Legitimate safety hazard…

They had my Elderly Grandmother had to wait 5 hours for 3 tire sensor and a inspection. Terrible service!!!

I spent a couple of weeks online looking for the truck I wanted. I found this dealership on GMC website. I have to say hands down the best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Mike Gordon was so accommodating and accessible. We literally had the deal done via text in about 30 minutes to an hour and two days later he drove the truck me and picked up my trade and drove it back. Unbelievable service and Mr Gordon absolutely rocks. So nice to have good people to work with without fear of being screwed over!!!
