Great service and friendly staff. We had an RV tire explode and they were able to get new tires ordered quickly. We took the RV in at 7:30 and left at 8:15 - amazing! We really needed to get the tires replaced before we left for a camping trip and they delivered big time. Greatly appreciated so we could have piece of mind that we have high quality tires on our camper.

Took my car there for a state inspection dropped it off and went to work Left my information asked him to call me when it was completed I got off work at 4:00 no one had called me I walked down there and they said there was a problem The car wouldn't start ask if I had aftermarket alarm I said no they gave me the key I tried to start it nothing The alarm had been set how driven is called for 3 and 1/2 years without any issues whatsoever I had to take a Uber home 40 mi and get my computer and come back on another Uber ride to get my car where I can start it again I will not deal with them again and they act like
they could care less than that it was my fault

It was time to replace the tires on my 2019 Class A RV. The OEM Michelins couldn't be found anywhere and the manufacturer still couldn't provide a shipping date after 6 weeks of waiting, but that's for a different review. I called Rice tire and they had 6 Continental HS3+ in stock and ordered the last two. The install seemed to go fine although the wheels and tires were filthy but I was taking the RV for a wash so no big deal. On the way home the center caps on both steer tires flew off, $150 to replace them, and either they didn't put the same pressure in all tires or I have a leak in possibly 3 of them but that's yet to be confirmed. Two of the tires are over a year old and I'm yet to find the date code on the others but maybe its on the back side of the tires. Costing over $600 per tire and having to replace them at 6 years it's a little frustrating to have already a year of their life span gone. I'm told that this shop does the tire work for the large local RV dealerships but my advice is to take your RV somewhere else and don't trust anyone to not sell you old tires. Make them confirm the age before the install. This shop seems more suited to commercial vehicles. Live and learn I guess.

I took my truck to Rice Tire this morning to see if they could patch a hole in my tire. The hole was unable to be repaired, but they ordered me a new tire and had it installed and out the door THE SAME DAY. 100% recommend Rice Tire for any & all tire needs. Will be using them in the future for all of our vehicles.

I can not say enough for this tire company. They were so accommodating. We were towing our 31 Ft RV and the tire blew out. We have a Good Sam membership so we called them. They told us $525 for one tire. We have roadside through Allstate and they said its $100 reimbursement. We nearly had a heart attack. We were only a few miles to Rice Tire so we go there and it was nearly closing time. The young man and the manager were just great. They put on 4 tires for us and it was still less that the one tire Good Sam was giving us. I would highly recommend Rice Tire. Thank you.

Thanks for being top-of-the-line. I had a bolt in my drive tire on my work truck and needed service quickly. These guys got me in and started work within five minutes of my arrival. Tim was super helpful and friendly.
In this business and friendly services, the name of the game. And these guys did outstanding.

Dropped off my $80,000 F-750 for tire rotation and balance and the damn thing came back with lose lug nuts. Absolutely ridiculous. Not going back. Do not recommend.
