To see the store owner not care about his own workers is absolutely not okay. These people work really hard just to get dogged for being human. You need to recognize humans are not robots. Learn some respect and recognize what you have. It takes less energy to be nice than it does to be negative. Do not respond to this review. Thank you.

Went in several weeks ago, decided on a stain/sealant for my porches. The associate was very helpful and advised that the type I wanted would need to be ordered. I had not heard back, so I called and they can’t find any information on my order. After questioning, the associate says that it’s not set aside and it’s a timing on my part to come in and hope it’s still there. Pretty disappointing that I’ve wasted several weeks, only to find out that I have to take a chance on coming in and it being there. This is not how it was explained when he said he could order it for me. Customer service ?

Brandon very helpful today. Out of 5 gallon buckets of what was needed. He did find it in 1 gallon buckets. Quick turnaround for the tinting as well. Thank you Brandon!

Walked in with color codes from a printing company which did not translate to a Sherwin Williams paint code. Vince went above and beyond to make sure the paint I took home was perfect. Really exceptional customer service.

We bought a paint color and thought we liked the color until we painted it on the exterior of our house. Once it dried we knew it wasn't going to work. We went to the Ashland store and told the employee we planned to buy more paint because we weren't happy with the results. He quickly offered to fix it. He was able to change the color to something we abolsoluty love. We had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Vince Coleman for all of your painting needs. He is very patient and professional.

Never shopping here again! A new employee makes a $3 mistake on paint that is marked up at least 50% for homeowners, and another employee calls me and hounds me at home to pay the $3 after I have just unloaded $300 in the store. $70 paint that would have cost me $25 had I used a painter's discount. Sherwin Williams only wants to rape customers. Go shop at Benjamin Moore -- that's where I plan to shop from now on!
