Very poor service. Answer different from every banker about getting in a safety deposit box of a deceased parent. When you do exactly as you say, bring the documentation back they tell you it's inaccurate. After contesting it 5 minutes they said they will call corporate who ultimately took that. I am a business account holder and customer, Also wouldn't notarized any documentation said it was a "conflict of interets". Let me say, wells fargo has never given me any hassle. Was then told their bank has different morals. I changed my personal, savings from them long ago. Would never ever go back. Lack of knowledge and poor customer service.

The young man, sorry didn't get his name, helped us above and beyond anywhere I've ever been. I thought it important to let management aware. I believe he was the only male teller at the time. We're greatful. ????

Great bank problem is you can't get anyone to answer phone an branches they return calls within 24 hours or you can call customer care 800 an wait in line for an hour

This Branch is Awful they don't treat customers with respect unless you have alot of money in your account and they are VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!If you are thinking of Banking here DON'T !!They are very Unapproachable The Branch Manager Belittles Customers .....There are alot of other Banks to Bank with then this place Take your Hard Earned Money, Investments,and Financial Affairs somewhere elseYou will thank Me!!!!!
