Margo was amazing! Very thorough, patient, helpful. Did not plan on buying a new phone today just need assistance with some charges on my bill which she took care off and answered all my questions. Then I bought a new phone when she offered to show me my trade on value which after saving me 30$/mo for some services not being used new phone after trade in only was $10/mo! Yay Me! Yay For Margo!!
