DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE VERY SHADY. I PAID FOR MY PHONE IN FULL AND AM NOW BEING CHARGED FOR THE PHONE BY VERIZON. WENT TO GO CONFRONT THEM AND THEY WILL NOT HELP. ALL I GOT WAS THAT THE EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY DO NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE SO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU.

Anthony is the BEST! He was incredibly helpful, attentive & knowledgeable. He's genuine & you can tell he operates with integrity, which can be hard to find in salespeople. 10/10 Definitely recommend!! :)

I had a great experience at your Ashland store. Andrew and Anthony were knowledgable, helpful and informative. They took care of all of my phone issues, questions and gave helpful suggestions when my phone was stolen.
These guys are should be managers and Verizon should clone them so they can be available at each of your stores!

I have gone to this store several times over the last couple of years. It has become my go to Verizon Store even though I live 30 minutes away. They always answer my questions and give me plenty of option to chose from. They have a great attitude with a smile and laugh. Ken was the first associate I met there and he had me coming back every time for my account because he is honest and concise. I've come to learn that other associates are great too. Ken, Anthony, Andrew, and Amanda are all wonderful. Go there for all your Verizon needs.

I have been coming to Verizon stores for 20 years and Today we were dealing with Amanda Walker. She took time and explained everything to us so we could understand and we had an excellent experience. We will never deal with anyone else! She has a great personality and I will tell all of my friends and my business associates about our experience.
I think she should be promoted!!!

Came in with a damaged phone that was still working to some extent. I wasn't prepared to upgrade but Ken assured me the process would be easy. I'm not good with change but I trusted his judgement. He was patient and kind. Answered all of my questions. I was extremely pleased with his service.

I've been in here a million times and Teresa has been the most helpful person I have ever worked with in this store! I've worked with a lot of Verizon employees but none like her. She always goes above and beyond! Thank you!

Andrew Friedman is one of the BEST reps I have ever encountered. He was very patient with me and as an older person that was extremely comforting. He was knowledgeable and explained everything necessary. He even saved money on my plan. He’s the reason I stayed with Verizon.

I walked in to get a new phone today and Alec Townsend greeted me with a smile and was able to help me immediately. This was the best experience with a salesperson I have ever had. He was not pushy at all, but gave me lots of options from the phones and cases to the actual plan upgrades available. He presented me with options to save money on our current plan and notified me of various upgrade options available for other members of my family, as well. He made the whole process painless, quick and delightful. I was expecting to be in there for a few hours, but he was efficient and super helpful, I walked out with a brand new phone that was completely set up in way less time than expected. I cannot recommend this store enough--I hope anyone who goes there gets to work with Alec.
