An absolutely terrible experience with this company. They were sent out by our warranty company to fix our Electrolux all fridge. They spent 5 minutes assessing that we needed 2 new parts. They ordered parts which took 2 weeks to come in. They cancelled appt at the last minute saying they weren’t coming because we had to move the fridge (this is a large unit) because it was too heavy for them. We rescheduled and moved the fridge out the night before. They cancelled last minute on a Friday and rescheduled for Monday, so we had to walk around the gigantic fridge all weekend. They show up on Monday with a different tech who does not have the parts! First tech shows up later that day and replaces the parts and says to give the fridge a while to come back to temp. The next morning the fridge is still not working. I call them back to say they didn’t fix it and they told me sorry they already got paid from warranty company and they cant come back out because they are on vacation for the next 2 weeks. The receptionist was rude and incompetent each and every time I spoke to her, 1 star is too generous!

I wish there was a zero star choice, that's exactly what this business deserves. I was using this company by recommendation of Lowe's warranty department. I couldn't get past the incompetent receptionist. I clearly told her when I available & she booked a tech for the time I WOULD NOT be home. I quickly decided against using this unprofessional business. No thanks & good riddance. I would 100% NOT recommend using Virginia Electronics Inc. Poor excuse for a business.

My Hisense refrigerator needed servicing, so it sent Virginia Electronics. The so-called repairperson spent about 15 minutes doing zero repairs and telling me that it was my fault that the freezer was acting up, claiming that I had overfilled it, which I hadn't, and that it also wasn't freezing because I had put items against the back wall of the freezer, which was preventing proper air flow! But the freezer part of the refrigerator hasn't been freezing food since I bought it last year, which the so-called repairperson completely ignored. After trying to convince me it was a self-created problem, he picked up his work bag and left, having done nothing. Hisense told me that he even put in his report to them that it was my fault! And my freezer still isn't working right. The only good thing I can say about this company is at least I wasn't charged for its employee's lazy incompetence.

Tech denied my repair due to lack of maintenance without asking about what maintenance performed. Tim was already calling next client before leaving my house. And didn’t have the courtesy to tell me that I was going to be denied so I could go ahead and get parts myself to fix my dryer. Extremely disappointed at the lack of human decency and the value of quantity vs quality service.

We had the pleasure of having Virginia Electronics come out to our home to address some concerns with our dryer and washer. The gentleman that came was very polite and professional. He was very efficient in figuring out causes of issues and was able to complete all appropriate repairs. He then explained to me in detailed all his findings and how/ what he did to remedy our concerns. I am very satisfied thus far with the quality of service we received. Tim is a great , respectful employee that is well informed with the products he services.Thank you,JL

This company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They have been out to my home several times to repair a broken appliance, taken our money, and still the appliance has not been fixed. They have also promised to show up to multiple appointments, but then never arrived; after I have taken off work at the promised appointment time. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to a reputable business in the Richmond area and do not contact this business. *Note: I would have given this business zero stars, but google requires at least one star to submit a review.*

Do not waste any time calling this company. They are not honest about what they can do with repairs. But they are happy to charge for extra parts, and visits, which later (after the fact) they admit probably wouldn’t work.

Please do not use this company ,they took $200.00 for parts deposit for my refrigerator, came back installed part and told me part was bad . They had to reorder and return, when I called them due to fact they didn’t contact me I was told that an additional $300.00 was need to make repairs. I informed them that I wouldn’t be fixing the unit and would like a refund due to fact that nothing was repaired.I was told they would send me a check . The check never came and I have called several times. All I get is lip service and no check . As far as I am concerned they stole my money . Please find a different repair shop there are plenty of reputable places to go
