There is a technician named Michael Sheppard that should be alcohol tested every day! Smells of it and saw a bottle fall out of the truck! Very unprofessional and looks like a slob

I worked for this company at another branch and the best thing I can say is good riddance. I had to get a lawyer after I got hurt on one of those job sites. Sorry company.

My father, Charles Furniss Sr. , Worked for Virginia Sprinkler for over 20 years. Starting as a Fitter and retired as a Vice President and head of the Inspection Division. He loved the company and the people he worked with.

Poorly run company. Nothing to keep you there long term. wages are below average for industry. I was told when I worked with VSC. Shut your mouth and do what your told. Do not question anything. Kind of a dictatorship if you ask me. I'm just speaking of the Myrtle Beach location. Fire Extinguisher dept. My recommendation is not to work here and run!! Remember your numbers are on those systems and extinguishers. If something goes wrong it's on you. They will deny everything.

Not professional. They are completely aware that some employees are using controlled substances but due to a below normal pay grade they turn a blind eye and continue to allow them to work for the company.

Had a backflow that needed repairs and they sent out a older tech that literally had no customer service skills and walked away. Called VSC and they sent Rodney and he literally saved the day!! Super professional and very determined to complete the work regardless the situation. I would highly recommend him as a tech if you ever need anything done through VSC.
