I used to love going to this store but if you have an issue where you need a manager, they are nowhere to be found. The regular employees do the best that they can but somethings need a manager's override.Service levels at this store have been very poor the last few months.

It was good day at Walmart. Saw my bubbly friend. Asked about his wife. She is doing good. Everyone looked in good spirits. They actually had all I was shopping for this time.

One of the nicest food shopping experiences at Walmarts. The shelves were pretty well stocked. Staff and fellow customers were all pleasant. My only issue was that I found some dates on cat treats and other boxes food items that had expiration dates only a few months away.

As a previous employee, this is one of the worst locations to work for. Management, and most of the leads at this location are beyond incompetent, lazy. The turnover rate is just as bad as any other big name company. Favoritism is definitely big in this store. They treat you like a child or dog, and expect you to respect their authority. And they also expect the senior citizens to work just as hard as the younger employees. No wonder you see them closing stores down. I won't be surprised if this one closes in the near future. Trust all the 1 star reviews

This store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful! In most Walmarts, I've had to chase down an associate for help - which they give reluctantly. Not here :-) And the pharmacy is terrific (shout out to Angela, she's the best)! Very personal service - they actually remember your name :-)Love having the drive-thru option as well.

Always shop online at this Walmart they always pick quality items just as I would. Friendly polite staff, always ready at the promised time.

Awful management! I had a return from a recent purchase that I paid cash for but lost my receipt. Item was in original packaging. Manager said Walmart no longer accepts returns without a receipt. The Walmart website reads you can get a store credit without your receipt. Manager was not friendly & said there was nothing she can do for me. She is clueless on how to do her job! She needs to learn the return policy so she can assist customers! My mom said she had a similar issue at this store and they were not nice to her either.So here it is the policy, please learn it !Return in-store items without a receiptIf you don't have your receipt, show us your valid, government-issued photo ID. If your ID information matches with the one stored in our secure database, your return will be accepted.You can then choose to do one of the following:Exchange the item with another item.Get a cash refund if the returned item is less than $10.Get a Walmart shopping card or gift card if the returned item is equal to or more than $10.If available, send the item to the manufacturer for repair.

I love this place ?❤️??The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had to go looking for anyone to help me. Someone is always asking if I need anything. It's also wonderful because they don't have a high turn over rate. I see a lot of the same faces working there. So refreshing!!!

Terrible. The app is extremely slow. The curbside pickup is even slower. Most of the order has to be shipped and the shipments get canceled so you forget what you bought and what got canceled. Much easier to drive to the store and buy it yourself. If you switch between your phone and your computer then half your order might go to one store and half to another store even though it's one order.

I am writing this review based ONLY ON THE DELIVERY SERVICE OF THIS STORE. I am new to this area and while have visited inside the store with kind, courteous and helpful associates within the store.BUT, I'd decided to utilize the delivery service they offer a few times, without a hitch. But more recently, the past 2 times, I've either not received my delivery nit on time but, not on same day as stated. The next morning ONLY DUE TO MY CALLING ASKING WHERE the package was. And tonight, a driver was assigned and stated within designated time but now 3 hrs later, no package. When questioned customer care phone line, I was hit with, we are unable to assist with why there was a driver assigned nor why wasn't my package delivered.I tried contacting the store by phone fir the missing 3 hrs, all to no avail. No one even answered the main phone line nor within the "pickup" section. My review of this delivery service for this store is ill-managed. Assigning drivers when apparently, none are available. Customer care phone number had no answer or resolution. EXCEPT wanting to give me a "snail mail" address I can correspond to. I'm speaking of a MAJOR CORPORATION OF THE USA of 2022, not having an email fir such complaints from customers.Jon Probst

Staff is helpful and friendly, specially the ones in the pharmacy. But the store is ridiculously freezing! The AC is too high! It's like you want to leave as soon as possible.
