Stacey is awesome! I've been going to her for quite a while now. I have fine and thinning hair, so I stick with a pixie cut. She genuinely listens to you and offers her suggestions to change up the cut every so often. I highly recommend her!

After any appointment at Waves, I leave with a smile on my face and feel great about myself. Stacey is so wonderful to be around and does fantastic work. The other ladies in the salon are super kind and work hard as well!

Horrible service. Stylist was too busy taking phone calls. Poor quality color and cut. Told me I should go home and put on my good pajamas and go to Walmart. She may have thought this was funny...but it reflects her integrity and work ethic.Service: Hairstyling

Overall great experience! I had a highlight and a cut with Maddie and she did an excellent job! I don't live in the area so I looked on yelp for a place that was highly rated and it did not let me down. Everyone there was very friendly, prices were good and work stations were cute. Definitely will go again.

Appointment was at 1:15pm. Didn't start on my hair until 30 minutes later as a phone call with someone else was more important. Color was horrible and haircut is not even. Called back to let the stylist know and she did not care.Service: Haircut

I went here and paid $300 for a hair coloring from Mattie. I should have gotten paid to listen to her complain for 3 hours while she did my hair. I left and the color was not what I asked for, I asked for the color to be fixed and she gave me a date that I could not make. I asked for another date to fix my hair, however, this time she said she cant fix it since I could not make it on the date she asked. This place is pathetic and if you like getting your hair messed up by a cranky hair stylist so you can look like a peacock, then this is your place!

Shante did an amazing job! I was very pleasantly surprised with the results. As a Mom of 3 who has not had her hair done in like 11 years, this was needed! I feel years younger now! Big thanks to Maddie for helping as well. Will for sure ONLY get my hair done here!
