“On my way back from cancer center on a long drive with two sick elderly parents when I ran over something in the dark on the interstate and damaged a tire and some of the car. McRoberts Auto picked us up quickly. He even offered to drop us at a hotel. He fixed our tire at 9 at night and we made it home. So friendly, professional, and so reasonable on the price ! Dakota Cook was on the card he gave us if we needed help. He saved our day.”

“Absolutely incredible service! I blew my transmission pulling a heavy trailer over the mountains, and Josh was there for me right from the beginning. He arranged a tow, helped me find an affordable replacement transmission, checked my truck over for other possible problems and just generally made sure I was taken care of. He even gave me a few rides when I needed them. He went above and beyond at every turn all while keeping the job as affordable for me as possible. Besides the outstanding customer service, he’s definitely one of the most skilled and knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ever met. He really knows his stuff. There are very few mechanics like Josh left. “while on the blue ridge parkway we had a bike in our group blow a fork seal and this was the closest dealer. gave them a call and asked if they had parts and could look at it that day.
made the hour and half run to them, they took it right in, fixed it, washed it and had us on the road in a few hours.
all the sales guys were welcoming, and when they realized we where down form Ontario Canada, they were happy to talk about what roads to ride and what areas to avoid.
