Sara was awesome. Went out of her way to make me dress hot food. After a long day that's exactly what I needed. She has it made and done in less than 5 min. All the while by herself. Will come back to this location just because of that.

Horrible customer service lack of care and blatant disregard for respect, my friends were purchasing drinks and the lady here wanted to immediately say she “isn’t going to sell unless both the ladies provide id” not knowing I’m with them just getting gas. I understand because one of them left there’s at home but the other provided and simply just needed help reaching the shelf. I don’t know what clown show you’re running here but it’s not a good one. I’d expect better from my home town. This lady is something else and I’m glad they didnt spend their money there because it was better spent across the street anyway. Do better

The new ownership must have not visited KW prior to hiring that staff. I’m not from the area but love to visit because they have the most kind hearted positive people. These employees they hired are ALWAYS on the phone or more worried about talking to each other. The past staff used to speak when you walk in & actually make you feel welcome! After 6 years I won’t be back. Across the street offers better service & smiles! Do better!

The worst 7 11 I've ever been too 2 years constant employee change and management no fresh food or coffee and horrible customer service the restrooms are disgusting. The location needs to be shut down in my opinion.

It’s been looking amazing! I’ve never seen it so clean, organized, and bright. The people are all great, especially the person who often works nights… idk her name. I’d recommend stopping by here if you haven’t in a while; you’ll be impressed with all the hard work that’s been put into the place recently

The guy running the store took forever ringing up each customer, let my pizza sit in the oven so long the pepperoni turned black, and altogether didn't seem to know how to work anything in the store.
