They need to fire ALL Current Staff and hire people that are competent andcan actually handle a job that needs to be done correctly because it can affect other peoples lives and finances.

There’s a middle age lady with dirty blonde/brown hair not sure of her name but she always wear a Bluetooth ear piece. She has the nastiest attitude and she’s rude! Everytime I come here it’s seems like she doesn’t have time for anything. She’s rude with other customers especially the elderly who arent sure of something and needs explanation for their situation. If she doesn’t like her job she doesn’t need to be there. It’s ridiculous and disgusting.

The gentleman that helped me today was great! He had gone above and beyond to help me get our lost package to it’s destination and gave my nephews a nice late Christmas package to open!!

I come here multiple times a week to pick up packages. And 9 times out of 10, my package is put into the wrong box or what ever employee puts the wrong key in my box. God forbid its a medication i need. Ive noticed over the years, they dont hire people with working brains to work at the post office. Paying attention Definitely wasn't on the application.

Just learned if you want a roll of stamps soon, go to the post office. Ordering them online could take weeks!

I had to leave 1 star otherwise it be 0 stars or negative, the mail person never gets mail in correct mailbox, and even when they have to deliver the box thats a wee bit big for mailbox or even too big for 2nd mailbox at bottom they still leave our important orders at the wrong door, even tho it's clearly posted on package the address and unit number to be delivered to its unbelievable, they literally are putting priority packages in the wrong mailbox, so we have to hope the person receiving are package is a good honest person and takes it to the main office for them to contact the rightful owner. Smh worse employees ever work at this aylett usps, can't even deliver the mail to the correct box when address is clearly on mail and mailbox. Smh something needs to be done and when priority only offers $100 insurance but package is worth more. Mabey the employees should do the job they are hired and payed to do.

Immaculate!! Spiffy relatively new post office! It's all brick but looks modern and inviting. Inside is clean as well. I was greeted by the pleasant staff and the line went quick! There was a greeting card kiosk, plenty of mailing supplies, and a self serve area. It loses a star because of its reputation for misplacing mail. Maybe it's working out some kinks, but for a government institution, it's got to pick up the pace.Hours 9-5, closed for lunch 12:30-1:30 M-F, 9-12 Saturday

This is literally the worst post office I have ever been to. 20 people work there, and they shut down for 1.5 hours for lunch. Oh, and all the people are rude and EXTRA lazy. That's saying a lot considering, it's, ya know, the postal service. Drive to the one in Manquin. The lady there is awesome and does more work by herself than all the dolts and this one put together.

Have stepped up their game. Still short staffed which does affect delivery times but in this days world that is just the new norm unfortunately everywhere. Everyone there is super nice and they go out of their way to make sure you get your mail when they are staffed.

I've always had pleasant service in this post office. Delivery has been late afternoon-early evening, but it's been delivered! I have had no lost packages in the year I've lived in this area.

God awful. Never answer their phone, mail always delivered to the wrong address. Boxes that don't fit in the mailbox are wedged in there so tightly we had to destroy the boxes to get them out
