I always came to bank of america, but i never saw a helpful, most professional and cheerful person like Hamid Pirzai. He really deserved more higher roles than just a manager

Whenever you go there .. there is only one teller working … even for a simple transaction it takes 2 hours. It’s just so ridiculous… It is so inconvenient for any customer spending 2 hours a for simple transactions. Bank of America you got to do something about it. We are customers.. don’t take advantage of us.

Today even one here was rude and unprofessional,The line out the door and only one teller working .The male teller stands there and helps a lady with her iPhone when there is a line out the door !
