The customer service that me and my friend received today was deplorable. The employees did not take the time to respond understand our needs. When we did have an interaction with a cashier, the lady was very rude and disrespectful to us. The lady even insulted the money being turned into us, which happened to be a huge savings amount. My friend was telling me prior to being served about the good qualities of this bank, but after the encounter this morning, I will no longer consider being a customer at this bank.

Very clean branch. Teller krasimira if I remember her name correctly was very professional and helpful. The service I received was excellent. But was unhappy as my application to open accounts was declined.
I will check next time.

Such a clean and cozy brick-and-mortar branch of Capital One.
I feel good visiting this location every now and then. Hamza is a very knowledgeable and kind Capital One employee. He helped set up two accounts for my two friends in no time. He walked them thoroughly on the process. Hamza did indeed go above and beyond.

I got scammed by the official Disney website for $328.02. I open a dispute with my bank, which I had to call to do. I couldn’t do it like any other bank where I can just go through the website and file it. Then I get a document saying that Disney is fighting the dispute.
Here’s the kicker. To respond to the dispute and fight it back, I have to file a paper physically and fax it… FAX. Like it’s the year 1998… I just find it ironic that Capital One has all these ads about how convenient and easy their bank is to use but they make it so hard to use when you actually need their help. There was an option to call too but you still have to file the dispute using pen and paper and then upload it using a smartphone.
Obviously they just want you to get frustrated and not fight back the dispute. Never using a capital one card for online purchases again. I recommend Chase instead.

I was in the bank on Friday afternoon to wire money I was looking some help customer service her name is Lizet Perez extremely resist ,she don't want to help me she is very disrespectful she ignored me .I'm not expect from Capital One This kind of customer service, I know she helps only some people .Everyone coustomer is equal in capital one .please you need to tell her to stop!!! I will send email too for her manager soon.

Drive thru teller is always closed.
There are beggars outside the front door of the bank harrasing customers as they enter the bank.
Mid Eastern women begging for money right in front of the bank. And inside the bank, there is another hispanic woman with a boy pan handling customers using the ATM inside after the 1st set of glass doors. Two people are working the counter. I waited over 30 mins in line just to get a roll of quarters. Management needs to step up and take care of the pan handlers harrasing customers as we enter the bank.

Poor customer service and incompetence! After this experience I think I’m going to be closing my accounts here! I called before going in to confirm there was notary service. I was told to come in because they had the service today!
Got there and waited, only to be told by The “notary” girl that she “forgot” her stamp AFTER she looked at my document. I don’t think she knew what an estate document was and was clearly lying about forgetting! Waste of my time!

Normally I do my banking online, but I received a check I wanted to deposit so I drove to this bank in the afternoon. The man in front of me was a former bank manager and was telling the manager how he’d like to write a nice review on the service. I was impressed with how new the bank looked and the teller mentioned it had been renovate a couple years back. The service was fast and friendly and parking was plentiful and basically no lines inside. It was a first nice impression and experience, which may encourage me to do more in-person banking here in the future.

Service over the teller was very poor. Long line and wait time is over 30-40 minutes. One teller has entertained one costumer chatting for a very long time. Only 1 teller is functioning and there were 4 of them inside. We have to wait for 20 minutes for that single teller because the customer have to retrieve something from outside and teller has to hold the long line to wait for her to be back.Bad customer management.
