Great place. Took care of me when I had Covid and later when I had bronchitis. Ran into one of main people in charge outside and he’s also super nice and seems like he really cares about how the patients are handled. Thanks guys!

The billing department is horrible. They didn't submit a claim to my insurance for 9 months and then used the wrong codes for a routing physical. I had to contact my insurance company to have them resolve almost a year after my visit. They also asked me to come in for a follow up visit just to review routing physical test results just to charge for the follow up visit for no reason. Since the claim was submitted almost a year later it resulted in a lot of back and forth with insurance and billing to resolve. All that for a routine physical. Won't be back

Receptionist is great but I waited for an hour and a half then got given a prescription for medicine they don't make anymore doctor just rushing people out the door.

I can't even give them any star that's how horrible this place is!!! The staff are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. No one is talking to anyone. Every time I go there there seems to be new co-pay charges even though I pay my co-pay every time. There always seem to be some new charges that they can't give me an explanation or the explanation they gave me doesn't make sense!!! Please don't come here!!! Incompetent staff all around. The doctors are amazing but the staff are a bunch of incompetent people!!!!

I was a walk-in. I was greeted immediately and told I would have about an hour wait for a walk-in appointment. I was able to get something to eat and come back. I was seen on time. All of the staff was friendly and spoke to me in a clear way answering all of my questions. I will definitely use them again when my primary doctor is unavailable.

FYI. I called about urgent care, they said they stopped providing urgent care and switched to just primary care.

This lady tried to give me an expired Pfizer COVID-19 booster and tried to tell me that it was ok even if it was expired. When I asked to speak with the manager who she said they were too busy. The nurse got upset I asked about the vaccine bottle that was expired and told me to go somewhere else. I just got up and walked out because I felt very uncomfortable. Honestly I was excited to get the booster but this clinic giving out expired vaccines is not cool. Make sure you as to see the bottle that shows the date- had I not looked at the bottle myself, they wouldn't have told me

I recently went in for a rapid COVID test around 11am Thursday 12/23, I still have not received any results by phone, email or text. Before I left they advised I would have results in 15 min. Today is Sunday 12/26 and I still have not received any notification. I even followed up leaving voice messages & sending emails. I thought rapid tests provide results quickly. I've been quarantining and have had no symptoms luckily. Luckily I had done a PCR test last Sunday that came back negative. I had done this rapid test as my daughter tested positive and she lives with me.

Had an 11:45 appointment, arrived at 11:30, sat in the waiting room for more than 90 minutes, while I watched multiple patients arrive, be seen, and leave. Some of whom were walk-ins. Completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time here.

I've now been to this location twice, but never again. The front desk staff is incredibly rude. I went back because I thought the first time might be a fluke. It wasn't. I'm not sure what purpose it serves to be so unpleasant to the point of rudeness. You should not be in the medical field if you can't manage to treat a patient who is obviously feeling poorly with a little compassion. At the very least, try not to make it so obvious that you don't even want me to be there. This is the closest urgent care to where I live, but I'd rather drive farther away and deal with traffic than deal with people so blatantly unprofessional.

Went here for a covid test on January 2021. Paid my copay fee and all since I got health insurance. 4-5 months later I received another bill/statement that requires me pay the rest of copay amount. Also on the statement, it shows how much the whole thing costs, $220 just for a doctor visit (they require that before me going to the place for the covid sample, even so it's via video-call and the doctor only asked general questions regarding covid pre-symptoms), mind that fee for covid test is totally free. Unbelievably how a simple visit would cost that much. I'll definitely never come to this health care again.

I went in for a very small problem and have now been dealing with issues related to them prescribing me the wrong dose of medicine for about a month now. I would not recommend this place or even consider it an urgent care. They’re very disorganized and unprofessional.
