Marcus, Antoinette, and Soyombo are very friendly and have not only exceptional customer service skills but also great recommendations. They quickly solved my complex exchange and provided great information about the Switch 2. More importantly, I really enjoy that this location began selling retro games. As long as there are retro games and good service/recommendations, I will continue to be a regular here.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and everyone has always been great! Today I was helped by Casimir and I was very impressed on how dealt with me with such great efficiency. He was naturally interested in being as helpful as can be and was enthusiastic and didn’t sound dull or uninterested. Made sure to let me know about all offers and promos they were having. GameStop should be proud of him. I can totally see him owning his own business one day. Lately I have felt like there has been a curse on me because of all the problems I’ve been running into and thanks to this guy a ton of emotional weight has been lifted off of me. Thanks Casimir! You’re the man!

I recently had an experience with GameStop that left much to be desired. It's quite fascinating how they manage to never clearly communicate their return policy, which, by the way, is strikingly inflexible. I discovered that once a product is opened, returning it is apparently out of the question. Their competition, on the other hand, is much more accommodating and understands that sometimes customers need flexibility. It's disheartening to see a company with such little regard for customer-centric policies. Needless to say, I will not be making any purchases at GameStop again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do so. Very disappointing.

The “Manager”, Raie, needs to be fired from this company. Extremely disrespectful and Extremely Rude. I will never be shopping at this location again and I advise everyone to do the same. She made an extremely disgusting and disrespectful comment about how my “mentally unwell mother shouldn’t shop at this store”. This is the worst customer service and Gamestop Location. Do Not Go Here!!! You will get scammed!!!!!!!

Efficiency Courtesy
