Rude man at front desk would give me even rough estimate (plus minus two hours) as to how long it’d take to get done and was very snarky on top of things - after not being at the desk for ten minutes. Go somewhere with better customer service.

Everything about the experience was great except my Benz has light interior and very clean. The Mechanic liledt black hand prints under the roof on cloth interior which has never been stained before. Made me very upset. By the time I saw it they were closed.

Went for front tires alignment - they did it very well. I've been there a couple of times over the years. In general, if you know, and tell them exactly what you want (and what you don't want) - they have the tools to do it.

Front desk associate was rude. I just moved to the area and When telling him my address he gave me two options. I told him I wasn’t sure being that I just moved here and he goes “Well sir you’re the only that lives there” How rude! Not to mention they gave me a time of 1 1/2 - 2 hours for an oil change and literally took all two hours to do. An oil change takes 15/20 mins top honestly, the service was extremely too slow for me. They also fixed somebody’s car when they came after me which is total disrespect considering I was there first and was taking time off to get this done

If you can’t help customers on Sundays you may close on Sundays it’s better than sending them to another store

CALL BEFORE SHOWING UP!
I booked an appointment online for this morning. I got all the email and phone reminders (and marketing emails). When I arrived at the location, on-time, the gentleman behind the desk informed me that the service tech didn't show up to work and he couldn't give me a timeline for service.
He was friendly, and you could tell he was just as aggravated by the situation as I was.
My complaint is just that I wish I would've known this was the situation before I rearranged my day and drove over. He suggested I try again tomorrow - but honestly I just went somewhere else.

When I called to make an appointment to have a tire installed the gentleman had a difficulty explaining why they couldn't make an appointment but he tried and I appreciate that. I couldn't set an appointment because I ordered the tire through a third party vendor.
When I dropped off my car as well as when I picked it up the gentlemen that checked me in, called me when it was ready to be picked up as well as when I picked it up was very courteous and professional. I will definitely return to have other work done.

Would not recommend for oil change. Had a oil leak in our new car. Paid $100 for standard oil change and free tire rotation with them. from last oil change they not replace oil ring drain plug resulting in a leak. Tires were also never rotated- we have one unique tire from a recent flat and it was in the same spot. I agree with others, front desk is friendly but i don’t trust the actual service.

I came in today for an oil change, and looked up the business hours before coming in. Today 9/8/24 says it opens at 9:00am and it even said it on the front door. I was still waiting outside at
9:15 am when a lady also arrived and said “AGAIN” she explained to me that this had happened before where the worker forgot his key and had to wait until someone else came in at 11:00am. I was about to leave, when I noticed a worker coming in. So I decided to proceed inside. The older lady in front of me confronted the worker about his tardiness ,and that he did that to her the last time she was there. The worker, got extremely aggressive and started yelling at the lady in front of me. He told her “ I do not work for you!” She than told him you need to be on time or change your business hours. He than said “I don’t need to do anything!” “or be here on time!”….. Seriously?! Mr. Tire this is the kind of people you have working at this place? This is what you allow? You allow your workers to disrespect the elder? The level of rudeness from this worker was beyond comprehension. It was the bald headed guy with glasses who acted like this. I did not get my oil change here nor will I ever choose this establishment for future oil changes. This review deserves 0 stars.

Rolando provided excellent service. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. Demonstrated above expert knowledge of tire maintenance that exceeded my expectations, highly impressed and highly grateful for the service he provided.

I called the store and made an appointment over the phone at 1 pm and when I attended on my appointment the technician told me before even asking my name and phone that I don’t have an appointment at 1pm and all of his technicians are too busy to help me. I showed him the phone number that I call which he confirmed to be his garage number but kept repeating to me no appointment for me and there for requested me to leave the office which I found very rude and unprofessional. At the end I left the garage but I will never ?? go to them ever again.

I had tried a couple of other car shops for help replacing my front tires when one recommended I try Mr.Tire. Their employee helped me with every step of the process. I would recommend their services.
