On Thursday morning I was about to go to work and found out I had a nail on my tire. All I did was went to the nearest tire replacement store. I had a fantastic experience with the tire repair service provided by Rolando. His prompt response and efficient handling of the issue were truly commendable. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism throughout the process. The tire repair was done meticulously, and he even took the time to explain the details. While I encountered no major challenges, I’m confident that Rolando would handle any future issues with the same level of skill. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the service and grateful for the peace of mind he provided. Thank you, Rolando!

Mario made my day after I woke up to a random flat tire on a cold Tuesday. I made a last minute appt and was greeted by Mario, who quickly helped me and got my tire checked out. They were very busy and short staffed but he was upfront, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new tire but he explained everything and I was able to choose what was best for me. I would recommend if you’re in the area and need auto services!

Our need for tire service and two new tires occurred as we were leaving the area to return home following a holiday visit with our family. This prompt and thorough service allowed us to continue our journey and return home safely.

The Saturday before thanksgiving, I was out shopping and my car wouldn't start. I called Geico's roadside service and while i waited for them to come, I went out to eat. When I got back i tried my car again, and hallelujah! It started! It was 5pm on a Saturday and I knew the mechanic wasn't open and I had a long drive ahead of me for the holidays so i wanted my car checked out, as it had never done that before. I took it to Mr. Tire an hour before they closed, and I told them when I called the next day that I had somewhere to be by a certain time, and they got it done in time! I needed a new battery and tbh, idr what else. When I picked it up, the mechanic told me other work i may need in the future but do not need right now. He told me I need more frequent oil changes, to start using an additive, and that I need to regularly check the oil in my car every month to see if it is burning oil, as that is something my year of car is known to do. He even took me to the back of the garage and showed me how to do that, cause I didn't know. I drove that car in horrible traffic and constant rain from VA to CT for the holiday for ten hours and had no issues whatsoever. I can't believe how quickly they got it fixed for me! On a weekend! And I didn't have to miss holidays with my family since they were open on a weekend and made time for me, which would have been much harder on such a short time frame for a mechanic. Absolutely no complaints, they were really great, and nice, and worked quickly, and they saved Thanksgiving for me!! Sidenote Geico roadside assistance is terrible and i immediately went home and got AAA.

I purchased a set of 4 tired last year and I am extremely disappointed about the whole experience I wished that I would have gone somewhere else. To start, I absolutely got ripped off by how much I paid for it. $1700 for 4 tires is absurd. At the store, I found the same tires online for cheaper and brought that to the attention of the mechanic at the front desk to price match the tires. He said “ Sorry but I can’t do that, should have told me before”. I haven’t paid yet and my car was still getting inspected so I was just appalled by his response and the lack of customer service. Also, when I asked how much everything was going to be he gave me an estimate… probably $1300-$1400, to my surprise, the total was $1700 with added warranty for the tires. I couldn’t do anything but to pay that and get my car and leave. 5-6 months later one of my tired got damaged and since I had the warranty on them I reluctantly went back to have it replaced. The same mechanic was there and I just knew that I was about to get ripped off again. They looked at my account and saw that the tire had warranty on it but I had to pay $260 out of pocket because “there is a price difference.. the tire is more expensive now”. What is the point of getting the warranty if I will have to pay hundreds on dollars out of pocket for the same tire?! So if the tires gets cheaper, do they give me money back? The logic was crazy. Never in my life have I paid this much for tires. So please, beware of this place. They are not upfront with prices and you will overpay $$$$s. I even called their customer service number to complain and they didn’t even answer. Shameful business! (Sorry for the long review, but if you are reading this and are at the shop, run away, or drive away and don’t look back)

We landed at Mr Tires because of an emergency with a tire while passing through. Not only were they fast and gave us a good price on our tires, they were really pleasant to work with. If we lived in the area, we would definitely go back.

Called ahead to make sure they had room to fix a simple nail in a tire. Got there, at 1pm and the guy said they could have it ready by tomorrow despite calling ahead and that was the best they could do. There were no cars in any of the bays. Went elsewhere.

I had an appointment for service. I received a confirmation email about that appointment, so obviously they have my contact information. I made the time to come to that appointment, only to see a sign in the window saying it’s closed. For no reason. And they did not do me the courtesy of contacting me to let me know—forcing me to waste time coming all the way there. Rude, unprofessional, unnecessary! Other shops in the area treat customers better.

*DO NOT COME HERE* I would strongly suggest going to a different auto clinic. These guys are the shadiest mechanics on the planet. I brought my jeep in due to it having some electrical issues that I couldn't figure out myself. The manager told me it would require an advance diagnostics to figure out the problem. I figured this meant they would have to go into the engine bay and take some stuff apart to figure out what was causing the issue. Turns out all they did was hook up a code reader and tell me what codes my jeep was giving. This is a basic diagnostics that Autozone does for free, if I wanted that done, I'd have gone there or bought a code reader off Amazon for 40 dollars. Instead they up charged me $300 for a simple diagnosis to tell me things that I already knew and then threatened to call the police on me when I called them out on it.

In my personal experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers, I recently visited their shop to purchase four new tires and get an alignment. I had heard good things about their services, so I trusted them with my car. However, after the transaction was completed, I started noticing some issues that made me question whether I had been scammed. Firstly, the cost of $1000 for four tires and an alignment seemed significantly higher than what other people had paid for similar services at different shops. I felt like I was overcharged, especially when I compared it to the prices I had seen online. It made me wonder if Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers intentionally marked up their prices. Secondly, I noticed that the quality of the tires I received wasn't up to my expectations. They seemed to be of a lower quality than what I had requested and paid for. The tires started wearing out much sooner than anticipated, which made me question whether I had received genuine, durable products. Additionally, the alignment performed on my car seemed ineffective. Even after getting the alignment done, I noticed that my car was still pulling to one side, and the steering felt off. It appeared as though the alignment was either not done correctly or not done at all. This made me doubt the expertise of the technicians at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers and whether they were genuinely committed to providing quality services. Lastly, when I tried to reach out to the company to address my concerns and seek a resolution, I faced difficulties in getting a response. The lack of customer support and willingness to resolve the issue further added to my frustration and reinforced my feeling of being scammed. The manager at the time was Laurie Mccoy.

I had an awful encounter at Mr Tire. Despite specifically requesting a new tire, they replaced it with a worn-out, used one. To make matters worse, they upcharged me based on my race and gender. This discriminatory and deceitful behavior is unacceptable. Their customer service was terrible, showing no remorse or willingness to correct their mistake. Avoid this company and find a place that values honesty, integrity, and equal treatment for all customers.
