I just wanted to get a document, they charged me $2.79 but $10 was taken from my bank account, they said call your bank and ask, but the machine did not give any documents, the printer turned out to be broken, they said the person who took care of the printer was on break, they said he would come in 20 minutes, I was in a hurry and I was waiting, the staff was few and inexperienced

The return system for Amazon here is always down for some reason. Don’t waste your time with this store, seems like nobody wants to do their job here.

Very dirty and disorganized store that is sorely understaffed. Copiers are not well maintained and are dirty and grimy. Female attendant doesn’t seem interested in helping anyone with these self-service copier issues. This store used to be nice and now it is terrible.

I had a bunch of school supplies I needed to recycle. The Alexandria location told me they could not take them so I drove over here. Neipaul was very helpful when I called to confirm that they would take my supplies and made sure I would get the reward points.

My restaurant was out of ink and all the Staples close by close early on the weekends. I put in a 1hr pick up from this Staples last minute and was able to get what I needed. Jorge and Nepaul were very friendly and had my order ready to-go super fast. Really appreciated their customer service

Print and Copy service is a disaster!!! Ive been coming to this location for years to get my labels printed and have been patient with new staff but this is unacceptable. It use to be run properly, now I cant even get an order number. Recently dropped off batch of labels, manager/supervisor contacted me about print job a week latter to aplogize for delay, gives me a pickup day, I give her an extra week from her own stated due date to give them more time, and once I go to pick up it's still unprocessed and still in it's original box. She claims that she thought the work had already been done when she herself told me over the phone she would do the work personally. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!!

Walked in to make a quick copy, the clerk didn’t even acknowledge me, picked up her purse and announced to her colleagues that she was going on break. Go anywhere else for your printing needs.
REPLY: Thanks, Leslie - I appreciate the reply, but I found a better copy service nearby, FedEx Office on Leesburg Pike. They were adequately staffed (3 on duty instead of just 1) and provided a friendly and professional service. I realize your staff person needed a break - it was 2 pm and she was hungry. But she should have at least acknowledged me instead of just letting me stand there. And you should be providing better staff care so your employees have coverage when they need to take breaks. An apology is nice, but you need to fix your problems before I will return.

Store was clean organized and cool(hot outside) associates are always friendly and attentive. Check out always quick. Most importantly all of the above happens every time I shop at this store!

Walking in the store to do a quick return four associates standing around not doing anything saying I need to wait when I know anybody can do a return and it doesn’t have to be one person. Sent over to the print center to do a return that wasn’t a print copy center return. Doesn’t make much sense On how they treat customer service maybe that’s why they have a median customer service score.

Check out good easy find thing the restroom over flowing drain back up into floor I told the cashier about didn’t say sorry but he just laughed and said oh I don’t know that don’t ever use the restrooms

Ali and Gary are really turning this store around! Always professional and helpful. They both truly are an asset to Staples. The store looks so much better!
(Used to be a 5 star rating. Edited as both of these managers appear to be gone now.)
Both managers are gone but I guess that DM who likes to yell is still there.
