Yesterday 8/4/25 , I do my eye exams & my right eye irritates because there is a thin hair stuck on my right eye , it was taken out by Dr.,Homa Niazi , thanks to the doctor & thanks to Collin T Tomlin the manager who do my eye exams , you’ really both good ok Edgardo Doroteo Tanangco Jr.,( Jun) 8/5/25 Tuesday 3:21pm

I recently visited this VisionWorks location for a routine eye exam covered by my Spectera insurance. I clearly told the staff that I was only there for the eye exam and was not planning to purchase glasses. I was told the exam would be fully covered.
To my surprise, after the exam, I was asked to pay $20. When I asked why, the staff simply said, “It’s your co-pay.” Only after reviewing the bill later did I realize they had added a Screening Retinal Photo (Eye Health Picture)—a service I was never informed about, let alone consented to.
This additional test was not covered by insurance and was presented as if it were mandatory, which is misleading. At no point was I told this was optional or that it came with an out-of-pocket charge. I felt tricked into paying for a service I didn’t request.
This kind of lack of transparency is deeply disappointing. Be cautious when visiting this location—ask clearly about any extra charges before your exam starts.

I had an exceptional experience at Visionworks Baileys Crossroads, and I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. From the moment I walked in, Collin, the general manager, set a welcoming tone. He was not only professional and organized but also genuinely kind, which made the entire visit feel smooth and comfortable. The front desk associates, Breanna and Jibriel, were equally friendly and efficient. They greeted me with smiles, answered my questions patiently, and ensured the check-in process was quick and stress-free.
A very special thank-you goes to Dr. Niazi, who was truly incredible. I came in feeling quite anxious after experiencing a scare involving a contact lens that seemed to be stuck in my eye. Dr. Niazi's gentle, calm, and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explained everything with clarity, and reassured me throughout the process. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness,she never rushed me, addressed all of my concerns, and provided care that was both technically excellent and emotionally comforting.
This level of service made me feel truly cared for, and I left feeling relieved, informed, and grateful. It's not often you encounter a team so genuinely committed to patient well-being. Visionworks, and especially Dr. Niazi, turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of eye care you’ll be in excellent hands.

They are friendly, helpful without being overbearing, and I appreciated the explanation of upgrades without pressure to accept all of their suggestions. And I love that they are customer focused and every individual is given great service. I will always come to this location because of the staff. Thank you!

Front desk was a great help to pick out the right frames for my face shape, the doctor was able to see me fairly quickly ( I did have an appointment) very clean and professional place would highly recommend

I Come home every summer from college and this is the second time Colin has assisted us. He is fast, efficient, he explains the details of my service, very personable, funny, knowledgeable and he makes coming to the eye doctor a good experience.

Had a reservation for an exam that never got confirmed but they took the time to arrange the next best time for me that day. I needed new glasses today but they couldn't get the lenses ready in time, so they told me LensCrafters would have it.
Really nice and patient people who just want to help. That's what counts.
