Doctor G and staff were wonderful. Got us in without a long wait and helped us with care. Doctor G also called us the next morning to check on how we were doing. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Definitely one of the better urgent cares I've ever been to. I was in and out in about 2 hours. The nurse was efficient and kind, and the doctor seemed to actually care and listen, which I find happens less and less. Overall great experience all things considered.

Dr. G was awesome! He was super helpful and personable. He provided clear instructions and solutions and was very friendly. The check in nurse (I believe) Jackie, was also very kind and helpful. Overall, while it takes time, like any urgent care location, the personnel was still pretty quick and provided great service.

My daughters & I visited XCel Urgent Care & received the absolute BEST treatment. Dr. G was knowledgeable, patient, & took his time explaining things to my daughter & I. He went ABOVE & beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He played Disney songs for my daughters & brought me a warm blanket when I was cold. I especially like that everything they did for us was in house. We didn’t have to go some place else for X-rays or to have tests done. My experience was so great, I setup an appointment to make XCel Urgent Care my Primary Care Physicians!

I will give you 5 star for doctor behavior and doctor ethics and give you one stare as two time despite my call and talk with you, you forgot to send my wife medicene and then no one pickup the phone ,If this is urgent care, at least one person should pick up the telephone it totally doesn't make sense to not pick up a phone for 2 hours, I called almost 10 time each time 15 minutes it will effect your patients mind set in term urgent care management. This is 2nd time, and I do not get a refill for my patient suffering from Migren despite contacting you and confirming that you will send the refill

TL;DR - Drove 2 hrs to DC to get a Rapid PCR - Walgreens screwed me, Xcel saved the day!I'm so thankful I found Xcel after a frustrating few days of trying to get a confirmatory Covid test that was better than the tests most of us have at home after a potential Covid exposure. I'm still taking Covid seriously due to my pre-existing conditions and RT-PCR is considered the gold standard for rapid testing.I tried in vain to get a RT-PCR test from the only major pharmacy chain in the area offering it (Walgreens) but every location in PA had excuses despite the website allowing me to make an appointment multiple times. Desperate, I called ahead to a Washington DC location, verified they were offering the testing and booked online...only to find out that they too couldn't do the testing when I arrived.Panicked Googling ensued and I was about to give up when I came across Xcel - I was already a hour + away from home, I might as well see what they could do. I called, they confirmed they are still doing RT-PCR and that I didn't need to get an appointment.I got there and everyone was so nice, from the woman at the front desk to the gentleman who collected the sample and provided me with my test results. I couldn't be more pleased with the turnaround time as well.Xcel, if you're reading this, please don't get rid of RT-PCR testing....it's so hard to find and I wish you were in PA. If needed, i'll definitely be back.

I could not be happier with the service at xcel urgent care. They sure do excel at their practice! It was my second time here and both times went extremely smooth. They are fast, clean, and the staff from the front desk to all the nurses/ NP’s and doctors go above and beyond to find a diagnosis to your health issues. Big shout out to Dr. G for being so kind, thorough, friendly and extremely professional. The man sure knows what he is doing. So grateful to have found a safe spot for all emergency health issues so close to home.

Dr. Ghoorahoo is very professional and knowledgeable. he has very good bed side manners and cares so much about his patients. I had the opportunity to be his patient as well as my daughter, and during every visit he treated us with kindness and respect and explained the illness and the treatment. Dr Ghoorahoo treated me and followed up with me every day for a whole week after; he truly saved my life and for that I am very grateful.

If you are going to get you medical done for immigration purposes STAY AWAY from this place!! My experience with Xcel Urgent Care was terrible because to get all the paper for immigration, the doctor told me it was *non-negotiable* I take the third dose of Covid-19 vaccine. I already had the two doses. The doctor said if I did not take the third dose, they would report that to immigration and my papers would be denied because I was not immune - which is not true.I was being forced and threatened to do something I did not have to do.She just keep saying: it is non-negotiable. It is non-negotiable.Also, on the USCIS website, speaking with my lawyer and speaking with a friend that works at USCIS, all the answers were the only 2 doses were required. Even though, Xcel did not care and still with their opinion. I did not finish my process with them because the papers would be sealed and I did not know what they would report to immigration. Xcel never gave my money back.RESPONSE TO XCEL:This is on the USCIS website “That update requires applicants subject to the immigration medical examination to complete the COVID-19 vaccine series (one or two doses, depending on the vaccine) and provide documentation of vaccination to the civil surgeon before completion of the immigration medical examination.” It was never required the three doses and I saw the same statements when I did the exam at Xcel.It did not changed and I can prove it. Do you know how? The last update on the recommendation on USCIS website about vaccines was 12/21/2022! Again, at that time I spoke with a friend that works in USCIS in this process, and he sent the same link where I found the the same statement above. You guys are lying that they changed the recommendations. And yes, the doctor told me many times “it is non-negotiable. It is non-negotiable” and said to my husband “if she doesn’t take the booster, we will report to immigration that she is not immune and her papers will be denied” this is a threat and again a lie. I am immune! I've called other clinics at that time and all of them just required two doses and my process is working great.Xcel was “forcing” other people by threatening them and not following the USCIS guidelines. Also, Xcel have the guts to say the requirements changed to don't accept the mistake. Be aware new patients!USCIS will know about this!

Recently I took my son to Excel Urgent Care as he was was having problems hearing due to blocked ears. Doctor Raschid and his nurse Xavier took their time to find out the cause and did an excellent job in cleaning the ears and even told us to follow up in a few days for a check up to see if both ears were functioning properly. Front desk was also friendly and well mannered. They should name it Excellent instead of Excel Urgent Care!

Have had 4 visits now at this facility. At every visit I received the highest quality care. I have 40 years of experience as a Healthcare professional and particularly wanted to acknowledge the outstanding professional and exceptional care I received from Dr Raschid Ghoorahoo, DNP. He made sure I knew what needed to be done and why and scheduled several follow up appointments to ensure the medications and treatment plan were working to resolve my health issue. He is extremely competent and skilled in putting his patient at ease.. Also I was impressed with the medical assistants who took vitals and ensured I was comfortable and knew when to expect Dr G. I never had a long wait as this clinic is run very efficiently. It is comforting to know that should I again need an Urgent Care there is a Great one in my area.
