“I showed up without an appointment on a Friday on the 29th of the month needing a state inspection. I was in and out with a car wash in two hours. To me this was great time. The staff was pleasant and very cordial. I enjoyed my wait and the service.”
“I had to come in for a new battery and they put it in for me but my jeep wouldn’t start. They helped me get to a gas station to put more fuel in my car and helped me get it fired up and down the street to the mechanic. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in helping me start my jeep!!!”
“I started car shopping earlier this year, and after test driving the 2027 Kia Telluride, I knew that was the vehicle I wanted. Since they're so new, I couldn't find one on a lot with exactly the features I wanted, so I decided to order one instead.
I reached out to several dealerships, but most of them just kept trying to sell me something they already had on the lot instead of ordering exactly what I wanted. It was honestly pretty frustrating.
Then I found Auto by Nelson, and they were amazing from the very beginning! We live about 2–2.5 hours away, called them on the phone, told them exactly what we wanted, placed the order over the phone, and then patiently waited a few months. Judy (the absolute sweetest!) called us as soon as it arrived, and we made the trip up that Saturday.
The car was exactly as I ordered it, and the entire process was incredibly easy. The paperwork was quick and seamless, and there was never any pressure or pushy sales tactics. It was honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had.
HIGHLY RECOMEND working with them!! They listened to what I wanted, made the process simple, and followed through every step of the way. I'll absolutely be purchasing future vehicles from them!”
“Thank you to Andre the owner he got me in same day quickly and had just the tire I needed to replace a bald tire! Very professional! Thank you from a door dasher that needs to keep out on the road!”
“Frankie Turner operates a nice clean, respected auto repair, specialising in Auto State inspections! He has taken care of all my auto work for at least 10- years! ( He will inspect them on Saturday mornings, also)!!!”
“Great place to go to get your car serviced and inspected and gives reliable information regarding what the car or truck or suv needs repairs in loyal and hard working respectable”
“Just moved here and needed my Virginia inspection ASAP when I registered my car. Didn't know you don't get a grace period when you register your car for the first time. He was so nice and did the inspection on the spot, and even quick checked my tires before hand so I knew they would pass! A friend recommended him, and I'll be back when I need work done.”
“Best mechanics and people in general around . Dropped my car off and I was informed it may take a day or two . I understood completely as it was a lot of work and was going to be difficult. Not only was it done early but I was able to pick it up same day as they put their best on it to get me done .”
