This review is less about H&R Block and more about the tax advisor on staff there Crystal Jordan. Not only is Crystal extremely knowledgeable in the tax preparation process, but her magnetic personality and zest for life make the customer experience of the dreaded tax time actually an enjoyable experience! Who likes filing taxes, surely not me, but I find myself laughing during the entire process because Crystal is such a kind and enjoyable person that has me and my wife both enjoying her approach to all things taxes. Such a great person to deal with! Lol...I guess H&R Block is ok, but honestly we don't say let's go to H&R Block to file our taxes each year, we say it's time to go see Crystal! Thanks Crystal, for making people feel the best they can possibly feel while filing taxes! I guess this was actually a Crystal review and not an H&R Block review but 5☆ Crystal also!
