If I could give it no stars that what it would be!Nelson’s Kia dealership 4730 N Virginia Ave, Bassett, VA 24055Is the worst place to take advantage of good people. I needed a key fob for my Kia van and they ordered it it they did not tell me that it did not come with the key. For a person that knows nothing about cars you would have thought they would have told you this. So I had to have my car towed there and prove it was my vehicle (which was not a problem). Rented a car from them. ( again not a problem). Went to pick up my van and fob without the key that was suppose to be ordered with the fob and no key! (Problem)!!!!! The manager Ed said he would see what he could do. Called me hours later just to tell me it was my fault that I should have ask for both and that they could order the key that comes with the fob for another 100 or so dollars. So I spent 700 dollars there just to get a fob without the key. They took advantage of me and I am sure they have done it to other people as well. I used to have respect for Nelson’s companies but they really took it to far this time. So I am spreading the word abou this company so other people know what kind of racket they are running!!!!! So think twice. People are always greedy and trying to take advantage of people. PLEASE SHARE and BEWARE!!!!???

Nelson Kia was supposed to have ordered a part for my car in April of this year and I've called several times to check on the part and have been told every time that they will locate the part and call me back to schedule a time to have the part installed. Eight months and still no call from them.I've left a message for the general manager and still no call back.

Recently purchased a plug-in hybrid Kia Sedona here. We drove over an hrs to get there because they had the only one around. Never been there before but the people were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish I could say we got a great deal but I don't think there are many of those around these days. Living the car though!

It's been so long since I've been able to purchase a vehicle from an actual dealer and I went in Friday prepared to leave with a new one that day, i worked with Vic, the most patient salesman I've ever worked with, he not only gave me grace with all my questions and tech issues, he was okay with my 11 mo old rearranging his office lol. When I left Fri I was unable to purchase but thanks to Vic he did every literal option he had to get me in the car I fell in love with, kept me in my budget, exceeded my expectations for my trade and got my payments well below what I wanted to pay. I will definitely be back and so stoked to be a part of the Nelson family.

Very disappointed with Vic Boyce. He took my Dr license, got a copy and never returned it to me. Plus he said he would call us Monday between 10-12noon, never heard from him even though we have called and left messages.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my first, brand new car! The entire staff was courteous and thorough in answering any of my many questions related to the vehicle and financing. Dearl Adams took adequate time in assisting me with all of my needs and ensured that I felt informed and pleased as their customer even after making the sale. The staff certainly made this major purchase smooth, and I am ecstatic about my 2022 Kia Seltos!
