Customer service was great, Jennifer was very nice. I'm usually assisted by Marion when I take my car in for service but I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jennifer this time and she was very pleasant and understanding because I had gotten My times mixed up for my appointment and I had to reschedule but she was very nice about it and got me fixed up the next day. Jennifer and Marion both are good to work with at NELSON KIA SUBARU.

Timely service, as always! The customer service is exemplary. My service advisor, Marian Ullrich, takes the time from her busy schedule to listen to my concerns about my car. I always leave Nelson Subaru feeling as though I’m an important customer!

Great service was kept updated on what was being done to my Kia.Marian showed where everything was while waiting on my car. I always enjoy my visit here at each service time and really amazed at knowing that I am known by my name and greeted mostly before I get completely out of my car. I feel right at home here. Thanks for the great service and big thanks to Marian for going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought my car to me so my mom who is (unable to walk) didn't have to. People I run into there are like family especially Marian. Another Big Thanks to Marian we love you!!!

Just moved to the area from AZ and needed to get my 2012 Forester serviced. Dropped it off for oil change, tire rotation and safety check. Staff was prompt, friendly and attentive to my needs. Even replaced the worn out rear window wiper that I wasn’t able to find in stock elsewhere. Top notch service and a clean exterior to boot.Nelson Subaru is my new service center to kee my Forester in top shape and safe on the road. Great experience!

I had a good experience at Nelson subaru, I had a lot done to my car and got a good price for it, they washed my car with no charge and it came out shinny. But the only reason why I put 4 stars is cause I had to wait 3 hours

The engine on my WRX went out and they said the lower end had to be replaced. 3 months later they said it was ready to pick up. I started it and the idle was off and they kept it. Off and on for the next 7 months, they kept saying it was the tune when I had taken the tune off it (access port) the day after it had been originally towed there. The mechanic had also flashed it with the current factory tune a few times but still had the same problem. Finally they found a gasket wasn’t right from the rebuild and it was now running correctly. Go to test drive and the armrest had been damaged and half hanging on. The car did run fine and they were going to order up another extended arm rest. They did happen to give it a safety sticker and put a new battery in it (it had been sitting for most of the 9 months they had it out back). Paid, went go to drive it home and now have a “headlight disabled” alert and the headlight didn’t work. Left it with them to figure it out. Got a call the next day that they will drop it off at home and was told the headlight disabled alert was a fuse/relay issue. I was noticing that the “C” lights weren’t working especially since they had been set up as DRL’s. Sure enough, the harness for it had been ripped out, taped up and stuffed under by the headlights. 30 mins later and I had the “c” lights back to factory. I should have been worried months ago when the mechanic said he had never really worked on a Subaru Turbo engine and he was the only one factory trained. If I had known the service experience was going to be so bad, I would have taken it down to NC and a shop that actually knows about WRX’s and their turbo engine. I will say the service manager tried along with the lady out front, but it still took 9 months total with 7 of them being a mechanic that couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I’m just glad I’ll never have to go back there again to get work done to my car.

David at Nelson Kia Subaru… pleasure to work with. Sold us a used car that they had just taken in on a trade in, he followed up when he said he would, kept us informed on the progress of their service check! Buying process was smooth, and quick! Go see him!
