One bad experience after another. It’s been this way for over 15 years. From lost mail, to having items returned without notice, I would rather have bamboo shoots driven under my finger nails than have to deal with them again.

Quick stop in at the post office. Two people working the counter so it was relatively fast. Both employees seemed super nice and patient. My only complaint would be the parking. Around back and a little tight.

Delivery personnel lie saying no one was home but never knocked on the door or blew the horn. Just look at camara speaks for itself. Then put a note in mailbox saying we missed you. Then they put most of the packages in the kids plastic play house no matter if it rains or not , if you don't have the mail app you won't even know it's been delivered. An it never tells you where it was put. Like in the bed of my truck . A package I reported I never got .

Always helpful when I have called and the guy that runs the Black Berry Road route (drives a Jeep) is awesome. He came out twice to deliver a bunch of packages to me instead of just waiting another day. Thank you for your service!

Why pay 20 dollar's to have something shipped to you if you got to go pick it up yourself because the mailman wants to be lazy. The mailman road right past me and wouldn't give me my package. Isn't that called tampering with mail? If i have to pick it up i want my 20 dollar's back.
