I was assisted this morning by Stephanie, she is an example of what customer service should be like everywhere. I went to the Bealeton branch for the first time, she took no time in greeting me and asking how she could help. After she helped me pay my auto loan, she asked if there was anything else she could do. Then, took her time to create an online account that I was having creating myself. I really appreciate the time she took to provide excellent customer service. Stephanie you rock! Thank you once again.

It's 430 and they're closed. They're supposed to be open till 6pm on website and 7pm on phone if you call the bank. Bbt is trash as fucl as a bank and I still haven't even got my new card in the mail. There's no way to contact bbt support as they've removed messaging support and thr wait time is 61 mins before you call as displayed on notification prior to calling

Unfortunately this is the closest bank to me, the ATM MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN. I have to go to manassas which is around a 35-40 min to deposit & take money out. Horrible!

I went to this bank this morning bc I desperately needed to have papers notarized. I live right around the corner from this bank. Before having the papers notarized I was at the library making copies, filing the forms out, not just loligagin. When I got to the bank someone was in front of me, so I took a seat on the bench, to keep the distance-the ladies helped that person. When it came my turn, & I told her I would like to have papers notarized, she said that the person who does the notarizing had three people who were ahead of me, she was working drive through & they were getting ready to close. I don't understand, one of those ladies could not have taken over there, & let my papers be notarized at a bank- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I feel like it's worth the drive for friendliness at another location!

I was amazed by the wonderful customer service I received when I called and spoke to Kevin, the manager at BB&T/Truist. I had an issue that he walked me through and did research for me. He even called me back when I had to hang up without leaving a message to see if I needed additional help. I wish all businesses had people as amazing as Kevin.

Worst non customer services and rules ever. I was a very happy customer for 20 years, until all the rules and fees came into play. So I went to The Fauquier Bank where there are no penalties, and I am very happy.I have family members still using this bank and I have been asked from time to time to make cash deposits for them and for my handicapped customer. BB&T STOPPED excepting cash deposits handed to them by non customers. Now my handicapped mother and customers have to drag themselves to this sorry bank.

The folks working here are about as polite and helpful as toenail fungus. That's all I have to say although apparently I need to ramble on a bit until Yelp recognizes this as a review and not a tip.
