Finest butcher has done a cow and 3 pigs for us. The packaging is amazing love the vacuum sealed packaging. We are still waiting on our Bacon and pigs were killed June 23. Wish communication was better about status of bacon or meats that take longer processing.

Super nice people. Dock is low and you need to hand unload. However they sent a bunch of guys out to help, and was unload quickly. Overnight parking as well EXCELLENT place to deliver!!!!

I recently purchased a half cow from Finest Butcher, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I placed my order, the team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and providing great advice on how to best store and prepare the cuts.
The quality of the meat is outstanding—each cut is beautifully marbled, tender, and full of flavor. You can really tell that they take pride in sourcing high-quality beef. The packaging was also excellent, keeping everything fresh and properly organized.
If you're looking for top-notch beef, I highly recommend Finest Butcher. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future meat purchases!

I have now had five animals which were processed by FF and each time the experience has been outstanding. The most recent time, there was a slight snafu with my order, and not only did they completely correct it, they actually coordinated local delivery for me so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. I was already pleased with them, but their dedication to correcting an error really impressed me. Highly recommend.

Fauquier's Finest is the best around. Great people and the cleanest facility you'll ever see - you can even tour it! We've been working with them for years. They are accommodating, friendly, helpful, and do right by our animals by providing an incredible finished product. All cuts come as ask for, they'll even take time for a beginner like me, as this is my third processing experience with them. Despite calling and being assured that there would be someone to help my wife load meat into the car, no help was offered or given. My wife, who was 8 months pregnant, had to load a full cow's worth of meat by herself. Had they told me when I called to ask that no one would help, I'd of taken off work long enough to help load/unload. I expected better service.

We have all our pork and beef processed by Fauquier's Finest, and they usually do a really good job. They are Animal Welfare Approved, and continue to make improvements in their processes. Tina, at the front desk, is very helpful with cut sheets and questions.
Their website needs a little updating, and I wish they still deboned pork ham and shoulders roasts, but we are generally quite happy with everything we get back from them. They are a vital part of the small farm economy of Virginia.
