I bought my 2008 Lexus RX 350 from M and B Auto Group. Upon arrival we looked around at the different cars on the lot, there was no pressure from anyone, we went inside once we were ready to talk to a sales person. We were greeted by Issac who took us into his office and pulled up some vehicles on his computer that were within our budget. We originally found this location from a listing on cars.com which actually had a lower price listed than the sticker price which they were happy to honor. They let us test drive the cars we were interested in on the highway. They didn’t wipe the codes because there was a tire pressure light but no check engine or any other lights on the dash. They were very transparent and up front that the car was as is. Issac was also happy to pull up the CARFAX for each vehicle we looked at. This was my first time purchasing a car for myself. After much debating(again, they were very patient with us and let us do multiple test drives, no pressure) we finally decided on the RX 350. At no fault to the dealership there was some trouble processing my payment, and we ended up having to run to a near by Food Lion and get a money order. By the time we go back it was passed there normal operating hours, but Issac was patient and worked with us til we could drive the car off the lot. The overall price was definitely fair. They mailed me the title after but it took longer than I would have liked to get delivered. Cut it close to the expiration of the temporary registration but it did get there in time and everything got figured out. So far no engine light and I’ve already put a few 100 miles on her. Overall, I had a very positive experience at M and B Auto Group and I’d recommend them. It’s a lot less hassle and a bit cheaper to do money order/check so keep that in mind.

Do not buy from this Fraudulent dealership bought a Jeep Wrangler in July and ran Hot 2 weeks after. Now was told the motor is gone. They sold me a wreck and never try to make things right. And I dealt with Moses. Bad business.

We got our car it was a great price. The vehicle has low mileage the sta is nice. The place was just ro far for us but we drove out and the van has some bumps and bruises. There were some minor maintenance issues that I had to fix after. They helped with the registration paperwork and got us into a working van for a family of 6. Isaac was helpful with the process

Vehicle has been fine but buyer beware as they make it seem mandatory that you purchase GAP even when you say you don't want to. I told the sales person that I would cancel as soon as I could but they make it impossible to do so and keep giving me the run around. Based on other complaints with the BBB, they ARE the ones to issue the refund. I have been trying to cancel this since June 13th and nothing. The loan has been paid off, and they have refused to respond to my complaint filed with the BBB. Don't buy any of their additional insurance products because they make it impossible to cancel.
Moses was polite and easy to work with. He communicated well. Just purchased it yesterday, and I still need to wait for proper paperwork to process so we can finish registration and inspection since this was an out of state sale. So far, so good!

If you're thinking about buying a car from here, I would think of somewhere else first. We test drove a few vehicles which a few of them had mechanical problems and had to be returned immediately before you could even test drive if they try to upsell you on any warranty information, politely decline as this warranty will not cover anything that they say it will. I only usually leave reviews for people that have positivity and I hate to leave a negative review but this place deserves a bad review. They are a terrible dealership and treat their customers terrible as well. So if you're looking for a new car I would look somewhere else. Definitely not here!! If there was a lower star rating I would give it to them.

I bought a 2019 Cadillac CTS from M & B Auto Group on July 28, 2025, and the dealership completely mishandled the paperwork. I paid them to take care of my DC tags, but they incorrectly titled the car in Virginia. When my temporary tags were about to expire, instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to meet them at the DMV—something I had already paid them to handle.
After weeks of frustration and countless phone calls, I finally had to demand they send me the check so I could try to get my tags myself. Now I’m left dealing with my finance company and DC DMV to fix a problem that never should have happened.
If you’re thinking about buying from this dealership, be careful. Once they have your money, don’t expect them to take responsibility for their mistakes.
