My husband took my CRV in, it was making noise and we thought it needed front break pads and rotors. Ryan called my husband and it turns out it was the dust cover rubbing against the rotor. Ryan and his staff are by far the most honest auto mechanic shop we have ever encountered. Ryan is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic and we will continue to take all three of our vehicles there for any repairs.

I had the rear wheel bearings replaced on my 2013 Dodge Dart. Cody and Ryan were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done on my car. They also showed me first hand what was wrong on my car as well. The final report is great with pictures and descriptions of what was fixed and what is recommended. Definitely recommend Otramm!

Oops. Maybe don't pick up if they're closed. Work you asked them to do might not be done and the lack of an itemized receipt might not let you know if you paid for it.

Took my ‘97 Land Cruiser here for the comprehensive inspection. Best car experience I’ve ever had (mechanic, dealer, anything). Don’t go anywhere else. They explained everything through the process and the report, which includes pictures, at the end (both physical and digitally accessible with a messaging system) is awesome. I drove from a few states over and don’t regret it at all.

Great experience at this shop. I was searching for experienced Land Cruiser specialists and saw OTRAMM was highly recommended in the Land Cruiser community. I was stuck when my local mechanic couldn't fix my problem. These guys got me in within a week and fixed my issue. Highly recommend. It is well worth the 2 hour drive for me to use this shop.

I recently visited OTRAMM Auto Repair for a 60,000 Mile service on my 2015 Nissan Altima, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the overall experience I had especially with my technican Cody.
When I dropped my car off, I was greeted by Ryan, the owner. He was very friendly and professional. Then Cody was very good communicating with me and took the time to explain the issues and even provided photos of areas needing attention. He provided a clear estimates before starting any work.
The quality of the repair was top-notch! The turnaround time was quick, and the prices were very reasonable compared to dealerships. Most of all, I appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. It was a total turnkey and a very good experience!
I highly recommend Ryan and Cody at OTRAMM Auto Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy people for your auto repairs. I'll definitely be returning for any future maintenance and repairs for all of our household vehicles. Thank you again for the excellent service!

Amazing!!! I drove 5 hrs from new jersey to have ryan do the timing belt and water pump on my 2000 lx470. He and cody took the time to talk to me beforehand, showed me the shop and the different 80 series projects, played w/ my dog, etc. I cant say enough good things. Worth the time and drive down.

I'm so happy I found this business. Good service. Prices are affordable and I was in and out in a timely manner. I went for an oil change and they really give your vehicle a thorough inspection along with photos of anything that will need future repair. I will continue to use this company.
