Pharmacist is SO rude! I was calling from a doctors office and he kept cutting me off, then because I could not hear him I said "excuse me what was that?" He screamed back at me demanding I not interrupt him while he is putting the info I was giving him. This is way out of line and totally unprofessional. I will be encouraging my clients to have their medications filled ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Unacceptable behavior for a medical "professional".

Pharmacist told me to make appointment for vaccination on my phone and after doing so was told they don't accept anthem. Big waste of time. Would give zero stars if I could

Called to find out about the Covid vaccine and other things and the pharmacist is just the rudest damn person ever!! Literally never felt more stupid than talking with that lady, as someone who is young and really had no clue about anything I was asking as many question as possible and she made me feel as if she hates her job/whole life. Just plain rude and very disrespectful!!

Waited forever for a tube of ointment for my Granddaughter, not sure why it took soooooooo long to grab off the shelf, put in bag ?! Very frustrating! Never ever coming back here again!

Went to get my prescription on Monday at 11:45am, and was told my prescription would take 45 minutes to an hour, that was fine, came back at 1:15pm, then was told after the clerk had a conversation with the pharmacist, that it would be ready later on that afternoon. Came back at 5p.m. the clerk had an obvious discussion with the pharmacist, he looked irritated that he HAD to talk to me, he explained the hospital had written tablet and not capsule, this happens all the time, the particular hospital never calls him back to fix the problem this happens all the time, and maybe I should have it transferred the prescription to another pharmacy or call the hospital......Why didn't he say this 5 HOURS AGO??!!! It's said this is the pharmacy that's a mile away from me, now I have to drive 10 miles away to a CVS because I am NEVER utilizing the pharmacy again. GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY.

This Walgreens is the most unprofessional place I’ve been. There is no way someone should be on hold for 20+ minutes without speaking to a single person! I understand places get busy, but if you can’t answer the phones for over 20 minutes get more staff!! They do have a message option but when you leave a message its like you never called! Completely unacceptable.

This is the worst pharmacy in existence. Bealeton would be better off to have no pharmacy at all. They sat on my infants prescription for 48 hours and then told me they needed to order it. What were you doing for the last 2 days? This is prescription breathing treatment for an infant, it’s kind of important. Shameful incompetence.

Looks like Walgreens took down my review, but it is still on my Google Account. I guess they don't want anyone to see this:Absolutely horrible.I understand Ritalin is in short supply, but having to wait for 2 weeks to get medication is absurd. I have to check the order daily or I might miss that it gets kicked back in the system and appears unordered.The final blow that is causing me to go elsewhere is unheard of. I ordered the medication, waited a week, noticed it was kicked back, reordered it and called, medication filled. Husband discovers the next day that the pharmacy filled out a prescription from two months ago that is half the dose. I called them. I explained the situation and was told to call the doctor. Call the doctor? You want me to tell the doctor you filled out an inactive prescription for a controlled substance and ask for more? That's what they told me to do. I am so livid typing this out.We got a new prescription, 5 days ago, to fix the mess, and they still cannot fill it.Unbelievable

Nothing's ever ready, the new phone system is absolutely awful, and the employee attitudes are equally as bad. Very unfortunate Walgreens is my insurances' only option

I will literally travel anywhere else to get my prescription filled. I've gone here multiple times for them to tell me HOURS or even a full day later that they don't have my prescribed medicine even if it's something as simple as a steroid. I've dropped off prescriptions and have been told it will be ready "in an hour", and when I come back it still isn't ready, and they tell me that it's still "being reviewed", whatever that means. I don't recommend this location at all. Travel the 15 minutes to Warrenton or drive 20 minutes up to Manassas.
