$200 over quote, charged me for bolts I already had and told them where they were, I provided the catalytic converter and requested the old one back but never got it and only realized it a week later. They had a part in their hand for the other repairs, put it back on then it failed inspection for that part which they would be happy to take off again and replace charging me for the labor again, for a part they already had off.! Wont be back and would suggest you avoid them

they did my boyfriend car and we’re supposed to fix it and instead they made it worse ! they got the hood stuck so it wouldn’t come up and they were supposed to fix the door handle and replaced it with a completely different one that stopped working after an hour of us getting the car back. broke my sunglasses and didn’t even mention it , left our car dirty as hell with stuff all in the passenger seat and throughout the car and the drivers side has black sticky paste on the door and window . they are TERRIBLE !!! go else where if you want quality work !

This morning after dropping my grandchild at school my car had awful vibration in the front end and I had great difficulty turning. I prayed I would make it safely to Clem’s Tire & Auto. I did just that. I went in and met a friendly face…Camilla who saw my distress asked me a few questions, gave me a form to fill out and quietly assured me they would take a look at my car. Minutes later the nicest man Steve, walked in and said I was a very lucky…blessed woman because my front, driver side axle broke! I traveled about an hour and a half on interstate 64 and 295 last night. I felt tears in my eyes as the realization of what could have happened hit me. Steve ordered a new axle and in about 3 hours time he had me back on the road! These are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet in an automotive crisis big or small. I can’t say enough good things about them. They restored my faith in humanity. Take your cars to them. You won’t be sorry. Thank you to Clem’s Tire & Auto, Beaverdam, VA. You truly were an answered prayer.

I've been using Clems as my go to mechanics for many years now, even before they moved to Beaverdam. I've always been pleased with their work, and prices. Steve is a standup guy, even shuttled me back and forth while he kept my car to work on it. Ya wont find that just any where. I Highly Recommend Clems, and the office Staff "Camille" is very pleasant and accommodating!!

Excellent service, same day in my case. Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics that talked to me like a person and didn't send instructions for my husband like I've had before. Definitely recommend, it's hard to find an auto body shop that is knowledgeable, upfront, and honorable.

My brake light bulb needed changing, I went here and they charged me $60 to change a light bulb. I live in Beaverdam and it would have been nice to make a relationship with a local mechanic but I’ll never go back. After the 15 minute service was complete and I questioned the $60 to screw in a light bulb I got the biggest smug attitude from the little guy. Their word of mouth is true way over charged.
