“I was riding my motorcycle from Baltimore to Roanoke, and passed by on the Blue Ridge Parkway. While up in the mountains, my oil plug fell out, and all my oil leaked out. This was 8:30 at night, and the only place open on a Saturday night was this Advance Auto. I explained the situation to Robbie, an employee there, and he helped me look for the right oil plug for my bike. They did not have one, and because it was so late, I could not check any other store.Robbie decided to scour the store to find anything that was threaded the same as the plug I needed. He eventually found an air-conditioner hose coupler that had the right threads. It worked like a charm, I made it all the way to Roanoke and got a real plug the next morning.If not for Robbie and his quick thinking, my bike would have had to spend the night unattended up in the mountains, and I would have missed my hotel reservations.That man is an invaluable asset to your store, and I had to share my praises.”

“I loved it here. Never been to Virginia before but the people here gave me the experience I needed ?. I did not have hard time getting the help I needed. Shoutout to Holly and Sabrina. They were very attentive and you could tell they love their job. The lot is HUGE and a bit unorganized but that's understandable. I bought my new car off the lot with no issues. They took care of anything that wasn't listed on the website with no issues. Everything checked out. One thing to look forward to: the lot drives with one of the mechanics on the lot. The golf cart type machines they use to drive you around are so fun! Please wear clothes/shoes you don't mind getting dirty ?!”
